I cannot recommend this property enough to anyone looking for an amazing Uzbek hospitality, excellent service, and an exceptional stay

We also got to try several of their coffee drinks and every drink was perfectly made and tasted great. We used the spa and sauna facilities several times which included an indoor as well as the outdoor pool

A wonderful stay from start to finish. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The Wi-Fi works perfectly throughout the entire hotel, which is very convenient

You can walk directly from the hotel into the largest shopping mall in the city, and there is also a large park just across the street for a nice walk

We stayed at the JW Marriott Tashkent, and it truly lived up to our expectations. The first thing that stands out is the breakfast

The hotel is located within a walking distance to the Tashkent city mall as well as the park and a a lot of different restaurants

Service was impeccable. We were there for a birthday trip and the staff took extra good care of us, even sending a cake, gift and card. Very thoughtful!

I tried SPA treatments many days with Irina, she is very professional, kind and work from her heart. The quality of her work is very high and she wants to make sure client is happy and very satisfied with the service

The shower door also had a small handle, so I needed a lot of strength from my fingertips. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, but there seemed to be very few Uzbek dishes

Came here for the food. Drink beer and dine on the seventeenth floor, in the Sherazadeh restaurant. Friendly staff, great views of Timur square. Price is high for local standards but still quite cheap.

The rooms are spacious and clean. Kettle, coffee machine, water is supplied. All bath accessories, including toothbrushes. I liked the breakfast in the morning, the variety is excellent

Super love about this hotel ! Perfectly located where several city attractions are all within walking distance ! This is a relatively brand new hotel. This is not your average Holiday Inn if you come from the USA. It far exceeds expectations for value whether using cash or points

Special shout out to marjona of the breakfast buffet restaurant , she even offered us a coffee to take away and even offered a welcome drink while the one who checked us in offered some advice in touring the city and the bellboy who even offered us a juice while waiting for our yandex car to the airport

Stayed for 3 night in a suite with wife and 2 smaller kids. Hotel is new (2023) and has great amenities. Housekeeping could be better, there was no turn down service in the evening 2 out of 3 nights

Club lounge could also use some improvements. All in all a great hotel with a great location. Staff very polite and happy to help with everything. Would definitely stay here again!

This is probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was cozy, the gym was convenient, and the breakfast quickly became something I looked forward to every day. Even more outstanding was their service

They have a concierge named Samir, who is incredibly resourceful and eagerly helped me settle in. Thanks to him, I was able to set off for other cities and truly enjoy my time in Uzbekistan

The building in which was signed the Treaty of peace between Pakistan and India. the war was over. and the next day in his room were found the President of India.... heart attack.

It's beautiful and amazing. The view is great. I always use it when I go to Uzbekistan. It's wonderful. It's easy for Japanese people to use.

Excellent hotel. The hygiene was good, and the breakfast was plentiful. The elevator also worked fine, contrary to some reviews saying it was unreliable.

Everything was very good, the staff, the restaurant, the rooms, the service, although the prices here are a little more expensive than usual but it corresponds to everything and the hotel is still new in Uzbekistan, we were one of the Swissôtel branches in Turkey, we really liked the service and the atmosphere here, we were very happy that a branch opened in our country

A new hotel in the central part of Tashkent with a sports club, spa, and swimming pool. Spacious and very comfortable rooms, convenient beds, and attentive staff.

Pretty good! It's very new and even has a small balcony. The breakfast was plentiful and the bedding was comfortable. My only minor complaint is that the price was a bit high when I booked it.

It’s a beautiful hotel, but location was not good. I encountered a problem with a dishonest employee in the reception/ concierge. I asked the employee to help me book a trip by train from Tashkent to Samarkand

An unpleasant situation arose upon check-in: we had pre-paid for a deluxe room, but they decided to upgrade us to a standard room, even though they knew the deluxe bill (as it turned out later, our deluxe room had been offered to a French group 15 minutes earlier)

The receptionists are very helpful as well. As for breakfast, I absolutely loved it! There was a great variety of foods, and the fruit was incredibly fresh. The selection of dried fruits was perfect

Good restaurants in the hotel and on Shota Rustaveli Street close to the location. What bad to find, I hardly ever remember. The view is on nothing, let me say, simply houses or same chain hotel construction

The location is a bit out of the main centre of Tashkent but still good , easy to get to most places by taxi which you wave down as any car is a taxi. Also official taxis can be called and aren't that expensive

You can buy a local mobile phone card at the hotel front desk to register for Yandexgo and take a taxi. The front desk staff patiently helped me register a Yandexgo account. The small white slip was also very good

We really like their breakfast there’s a lot of choices and they even have a live play of violin in the breakfast hall which is very romantic early in the morning😅 we will definitely book this hotel once we go back in Tashkent

However, we decided it would be better to stay closer to the central park next time. It's more fun there in the evenings, and given the inexpensive taxi fare, you can easily get to any other point in the city

Even though the service and everything else was amazing, the bed mattress is very very hard spring mattress like a rock so if you aren't used to sleeping on hard mattress it will not be a good experience for you
