We booked with a large double bed, however when we came in hotel they provided a 2 twin bed merged in 1. We informed the reception that the room she provided was not the same as what choosed/booked. She checked and said that the room we booked, the water heater is not working.
I told her that we want to see the room, She merely not responding to us until we called her out. We cancelled the booking and leave the hotel.
Literally not professional and ethical!!
I booked a room for two,but then when we walked in the room it was not clean, so we decided to leave after around 10 minutes and asked for a refund.
(I don’t know why they asked a prepayment).
They promised to refund on the same day, which didn’t happen. Then I talked with their owner, who in the beginning was friendly, but then he started sending messages inviting me for lunch or dinner… 🥴
I didn’t get my money even the next day.
Then I continued following up on the third day, they said they lost my card details. I only could refund my money on the third day when I get there again myself.
I can honestly prefer you to visit at least once next time you definitely visit by your own..
Even bought for us food from their own funds(which we refunded before check out) outside when we ordered through room service at night while their restaurant was closed.
Recommending this hotel to everyone.”
