The Palms Hostel in Tashkent

Disappointing, rooms are dirty. Staff can’t hardly communicate.

The most horrible experience ever. Very rude staff. The room was very cold, they did not switch on the heater even when I asked. I had prepaid 100$. When I checked out after three horrible nights there, they did not give my money back, as they owed me 200000 soums. They falsely accused me of smoking in the room, and threatened that they would file a complaint to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. I did not understand why the ministry though.

The owner Gulom behaved very badly by not giving my money back and by accusing of a libel not to give my money back and also using a threat. I will never forget and forgive this, and I hope it come back to him and he will be held for his misconduct in front of the God.

I don’t even know how they got 4.5 out this rating. The staff were unrespectful and rude and poor hygiene of the rooms Everything ! The place is horrendous and disgusting… I’m surprised they even have a business
