While the price is nice and the sitting area with gallery is cool. The washrooms were very dirty smelly and i couldn’t find any cleaning staff. The kitchen was nice though. The receptionist is a nice helpful guy but don’t fall in their talk of registration fee of tourist(that is mandatory in Uzbekistan). He asked for more money (i.e 65K som, while the regular registration fee is not more than 10K som...

A very cozy guest house 😊 The rooms are clean and tidy. The managers and reception are helpful, and the kitchen is large enough for a family. The price is reasonable. Special thanks to manager Fairuz for her prompt service in choosing the right room and answering all service questions. I highly recommend it!

I stayed here while I was waiting to be evacuated back to the U.S. My room was clean and had a nice cool, breeze. Bek, the concierge was as kind and attentive as could be. During a very stressful time, staying here provided a bit of sanctuary and relaxation. And the price is excellent.

It was a beautiful hotel with a stylish interior. We booked two rooms on Trip.com, but there was a problem when only one room was booked. We checked later and found that they had forgotten to reserve the room, but there was no apology, which was disappointing. We were made to wait another 10 minutes at the front desk, which was disappointing.

There's no downtown area nearby, but it's clean. The occasional discount is a bit pricey, but I think hotel prices are all high compared to the cost of living in this country.

Situated centrally in the arts district, this gem is quiet, open and has friendly staff. The cleanliness is exceptional and the kitchen and common areas are inviting, plus a year-round pool !

Probably the best hostel in Tashkent. The buffet breakfast is amazing. A good selection of freshly made and healthy options. The room has AC and there is a pool and good sized common area. The hostel is well located, but the rating isn't deserved. It has a pool, but it's dirty, so no one could swim in it. The cleaner didn't clean it. The receptionist wasn't very friendly, but she was still having a bad day. The breakfast was fine. The room I had was also fine. Basically, the only negatives were the cleanliness and the receptionist's bad temper.

Good location. It's in a quiet neighborhood, not close to most attractions in the city but public transport is accessible (the nearest Metro is about a 15 minute walk away). I just visited this amazing city and what made it beautiful is this hotel where I stayed and i love it!! It was so amazing experience for me. Good staff, cleaning, safety, security and food!! Stayed some nights here, an affordable hostel, the hostel located near city centre, walking district to markets, cafes, and everything. Comfortable beds, hot water. Staff and owner were kind, but unfortunately when I check out, they did not give me an Uzbekistan registration slip for my stay, I have told them, 1 day before I check out

Prices are fair, the host and his family are kinda friendly and helpful. The only thing crazy is that the linen and pillow cover smells kinda stink and soiled. Otherwise, it’s close to the airport and cheap to go everywhere by yandex

Giving 5 stars; it's nothing luxury, but it also comes at a really low price. And at this low price, you get a nice shared living space including kitchen, airconditioning 24/7 and normal commodities. Compared to the price: a really solid place to stay

Booked after looking at the reviews, but upon arrival did not like the atmosphere. Found another for the same price. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired. Maybe that's how we got it.

Normal hotel, the truth is that the owner and the employees were very friendly, we arrived quite late in the morning and they didn't give us any problems. Everything is perfect and they make you breakfast. The rooms themselves are noisy, and above all the mattresses are very hard and somewhat uncomfortable.
