It's comfort to stay in this hotel. There is an ATM machine at lobby hotel. It is helpful for tourist or consumer to get cash. Many mini market and restaurant around the hotel, and we just walk to reach out it.

nice Hotel. close to the airport. room very cozy. breakfast is very good. internet work also well. definitely recommend to stay there.

We were able to check in early without any extra charge. The service, the breakfast and the rooms are very good.

Complimentary drinking water, tea and coffee sachets, electric kettle. The price is expensive and the room size is small for the price paid. I stayed in auch superior hotel room in Tashkent for a lesser price

I guess their proximity to a world heritage tourism site increases the price of rooms in this hotel for foreigners

Over all good . Good options for vegetarians. Need to improve bathroom. Bathroom Jet doesn't work

The breakfast was varied, featuring Khorezm cuisine. We liked the location—it's central, within walking distance of the Medical Institute, which was important to us

A wonderful hotel with excellent service. The beautiful interior of the hotel and rooms will not leave you indifferent. The bed is comfortable, by the way 😊. Everything is very clean and fresh

There's a pool, too, but for some reason it's a fee for guests and expensive; at other hotels, such services were free for hotel guests. The breakfasts are excellent, I think

The staff was polite and helpful, the rooms were clean, the hot water was strong and changed promptly, but they skimped on the tea, even though they did at other places

The only thing is, for some reason, the TV doesn't show online services))) You guys should set up internet on the TV 😅

Since I'm fasting during Ramadan, they offer a separate breakfast on Suhoor starting at 4:00 AM, which is very nice

In May we stayed in this hotel. Everything there I liked ,the staff, room,food ,excellent internet and their hospitality. Thank you for good service. I liked there than some of Tashkent hotels even.

Stayed at this hotel for my honeymoon in Uzbekistan, it was an amazing hotel, really lovely staff! They decorated my room for me for my honeymoon, got us a taxi from the airport to the hotel

We booked this hotel because we had a morning flight at Urgench airport the day after. The three young men at the reception were very eager to help us fulfill every request

Breakfast was really nice, with a lot of freshly prepared food. Only one thing could be better: we only had one accessible power outlet in our room (the other one was hidden behind the head of the bed)

The breakfast was nice, wish there were more options Have to recommend Lola who was so nice and helpful, always messaging us to make sure evrrything was okay I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

This hotel was convenient because it was close to the airport and there were many airline staff around. They were also very helpful when I had a problem

The staff were excellent, they even have laundry service in the hotel which was at a good price

The place is very good because the bus and train station is really close and the Hotel staff is helpful.

Basic hotel. Room walls are so thin, you can hear the people talking or snoring in the adjacent room.. I book only one night to stay not far from the airport for an early morning flight and the price was very good

It is a newly built hotel and is clean. The staff are friendly. In particular, the male employee who looks like he is from Kazakhstan is very friendly. I intend to use it again next time.

Wonderful hotel! Very clean, warm, and cozy! Friendly staff! Special thanks to our driver, Alisher!! We'll only stay there from now on!

I recommend it, I liked the hotel very excellent, the breakfast is beyond words

Excellent service. Great room. Great price. 100% recommend. Thank you for your hospitality. (also ideally located very close to airport!)

Everything is top-notch, both the amenities and the staff. The price for a one-night stay is reasonable, and breakfast is included. The view from the balconies is beautiful

The best hotel in Urgench City. Room service, location, comfort. We are very satisfied.

It's really good hotel. I love the stuff, they are polite and friendly 😊
