Over all good . Good options for vegetarians. Need to improve bathroom. Bathroom Jet doesn't work

Nice hotel at a good location. Breakfast good. Complimentary drinking water, tea and coffee sachets, electric kettle. The price is expensive and the room size is small for the price paid. I stayed in auch superior hotel room in Tashkent for a lesser price. I guess their proximity to a world heritage tourism site increases the price of rooms in this hotel for foreigners.

We were able to check in early without any extra charge. The service, the breakfast and the rooms are very good.

It's comfort to stay in this hotel. There is an ATM machine at lobby hotel. It is helpful for tourist or consumer to get cash. Many mini market and restaurant around the hotel, and we just walk to reach out it.

We held a conference in Urgench, about 15 people checked in, and everyone was happy. The staff was polite and helpful, the rooms were clean, the hot water was strong and changed promptly, but they skimped on the tea, even though they did at other places. It says there's an indoor pool, but nowhere does it say it's open since mid-May. Upon check-in, they inform you of this fact. There's water in the pool, but you're not allowed in.

A wonderful hotel with excellent service. The beautiful interior of the hotel and rooms will not leave you indifferent. The bed is comfortable, by the way 😊. Everything is very clean and fresh. I wasn’t a guest but was welcomed as an esteemed traveller. I was able to enjoy the incredible Uzbek hospitality. The sophisticated dishes I tried here were by far the most exquisite I have tasted in Uzbekistan. The staff is fluent in English and very competent. I must come back!

This hotel is new and quite nice. The rooms are clean and the staff are attentive. When we arrived, we were invited to an evening performance by the manager, Islam. The evening was a lot of fun and very memorable. If we return to Urgench, we will plan to stay at Hotel Karavan again.

Basic hotel. Room walls are so thin, you can hear the people talking or snoring in the adjacent room.. I book only one night to stay not far from the airport for an early morning flight and the price was very good

The place is very good because the bus and train station is really close and the Hotel staff is helpful.

Retired couple on a Silk Road tour, stayed here two nights while we did the round trip to the Aral Sea. (You should fly closer, it was a 16 hour day long drive from here). Hotel was fine. Shower stall is a bit of a big step up. Clean and safe, which is what you want in a hotel. Large room, but we had the suite with double beds.

Different room categories to fit different budgets. Excellent service by very friendly personnel, which alone would be a reason to stay. Newly opened, there may be some glitches.

Hotel has good location near to airport. The thing that makes me sure to leave feedback was restaurant and service. Specifically the taste of meals was amazingly delicious. Also hospitality and purely professional approach makes feel more comfortable and close to home.

The hotel was very pleasant, clean, with a delicious breakfast and friendly service.

Good location for airport travelers. Comfortable and large room with a sofa. Staff sent us off in the morning with a lunchbox as we left too early for breakfast. However, the wifi stopped working at about 5pm, shortly after we checked in. We reported it to the staff, but it didn't work for the rest of the night/the following morning (which also meant the smart TV didn't work). Not ideal.

Clean hotel everything is cheap than other hotels lux room costs 65$for only 1person with mini bar and swimming pool I recommend you all!!! Staff is polite.

Very close to city attractions, welcoming staff, less noisy, but rooms are small. Actually the hotel is small and probably the reception is posh only, they tried to decorate rooms inside, but did not work well. But good option, enough supplies, peaceful and quiet, lovely staff. Wifi was not strong, but consistent :)

Everything is top-notch, both the amenities and the staff. The price for a one-night stay is reasonable, and breakfast is included. The view from the balconies is beautiful. Overall, I'm completely satisfied with my vacation!

It is a newly built hotel and is clean. The staff are friendly. In particular, the male employee who looks like he is from Kazakhstan is very friendly. I intend to use it again next time.

Pleasant impressions, the staff is trying hard, everyone from the receptionist to the waiters and technical staff. Responsive and quickly responding to our requests, questions and calls for help. Everything you need is provided in the room. Hygiene products are of very good quality. I have the best impressions of my week-long stay.
