We got sent here from their fancier sister hotel, and got 2 “deluxe” rooms. One was super small and the bathroom was very smelly like sewage. When requesting it to be changed they offered one where the window was held together with duct tape and was very cold. Don’t stay here

Basic hotel. Room walls are so thin, you can hear the people talking or snoring in the adjacent room.. I book only one night to stay not far from the airport for an early morning flight and the price was very good

The place is very good because the bus and train station is really close and the Hotel staff is helpful.

Standard hotel. Stayed for one night before an early morning flight. We booked via the website, just a note to advise the triple room seems to have a shared bathroom.
We got one room upgrade on check in, and interestingly, I was told by staff to take the basement room even tho I made the booking. As poc it's interesting that it was deemed more acceptable for me to have that room rather than my non poc friend. In the end we got 2 x double rooms.
There is also no lift (quite common for hotels with not many floors in Uzbekistan)

Such a bad experience... rooms are ok. But suddenly no electricity no water in the early morning. No response from the staff also . Not recommended
