The high-rise views are stunning, with an expansive sea stretching to the horizon. The beach is of high quality, perfect for swimming and playing in the water, and the sand is incredibly fine. The swimming pool area has a dedicated kids' slide and play pool, as well as four extra-long water slides suitable for both adults and children, offering great entertainment. The kids' club is divided into indoor and outdoor sections, both with excellent facilities.
On the downside: there are many small flies outdoors; ordering food is inconvenient and takes a long time; the breakfast restaurant is crowded and chaotic, though the breakfast itself is decent; and there's not much to explore nearby, so you're pretty much confined to the hotel.

Stayed on the 10th floor with a great view. There's a daybed on the balcony perfect for lounging and enjoying the sea breeze and ocean view. The overall design was very well thought out. The only downside is that the public microwave, which used to be very convenient, has been moved to the convenience store. I had to walk a bit to heat up my child's food. The weather in mid-March was just right for a dip in the pool. Satisfied.

We rented an entire villa for our family during the ***** New Year holiday. The price was very high, as expected for a premium stay. However, upon check-in, there was no welcome fruit or amenities as typically provided.
What was far more concerning was the condition of the villa. It had clearly been cleaned carelessly and was filled with a terrible odor. I later discovered that the smell was coming from a trash bin that still contained liquid residue from previous garbage. When I opened the cabinet where the trash bin was stored, the stench was unbearable — worse than sewage. Even worse, flies started swarming out of the bin and spreading throughout the villa.
In the morning, I requested housekeeping by hanging the service sign outside, but no one came. I then booked cleaning service through the hotel’s app, and still no one showed up. After multiple follow-ups and promises, someone finally arrived near the end of the afternoon.
But here’s the shocking part: despite the foul smell and flies everywhere, the staff member “cleaned” for only about six minutes and insisted there was no issue. They even claimed the flies were there because we had opened the door.
That night, the situation became worse. More flies appeared, landing on our food and even around our baby. The smell did not go away. I had no choice but to call and request a room change. When we were finally moved, they provided welcome fruit — which felt completely meaningless at that point. Fortunately, the new villa was cleaner. However, our entire family had to spend another night packing and moving everything again. It was exhausting.
Just when we thought the ordeal was over, the next morning at breakfast we had to wait more than one hour before receiving our food. I honestly don’t know if the staff had developed a negative attitude toward our family or not. The food selection was also very basic and disappointing.
For the same price range, I have stayed at many resorts in Nha Trang and Cam Ranh. I have never experienced such poor service and unacceptable standards anywhere else.

This hotel could be compared to the Sanya Tianyu Hotel in China. The hotel is a bit old, but the rooms are spacious and the beach is beautiful. However, the decor feels outdated. We forgot to hang the 'clean my room' sign, so our room wasn't cleaned for a day. When we asked the front desk to send someone, three people came and finished cleaning in just ten minutes, which felt a bit perfunctory. The entire hotel is very family-friendly, full of children, and offers lots of activities. There's a chocolate hour in the afternoon, and the price wasn't overly inflated even during Chinese New Year.

The beach was indeed just so-so, but the hotel facilities were quite good, and there were plenty of activities for kids. Plus, using the Ctrip group-buy voucher made it even more of a bargain.

For this 9-day trip, I tried out this hotel, the InterContinental, and Vinpearl Luxury Nha Trang. In the end, we decided to return to this hotel for the last few days. It's close to the airport, and it's easy to get to the city by taxi. The main reason is that the city center is too noisy, and with kids, I prefer somewhere quieter. The hotel has lots of activities for families, and they even gave us a free room upgrade. The best part was that my little one caught a bit of a cold from the sea breeze, and the hotel actually had a professional come to check on them and administer cold medicine! I was so impressed – that's a level of detailed family-friendly service I haven't experienced in many hotels in other countries. I highly recommend this hotel; if we ever go back to Nha Trang, we'll definitely choose this place again!

I stayed at both the Mövenpick and the Radisson next door. In terms of facilities, the Mövenpick was slightly better, but the service wasn't as good as the Radisson. Except for the front desk staff, everyone else was unfriendly, impolite, and even had sour faces 🌚.
You can ask the front desk to call K10 restaurant for a pickup service, the price is fair, portions are generous, and the food tastes good. There are also a few massage places near the airport that offer pickup and drop-off. The hotel provides a free airport shuttle; just book it in advance. Breakfast wasn't great and the variety was limited. However, there were more buggies than at the Radisson, so wait times were shorter. From 3-4 PM, there's a free chocolate hour, but it's in a different area and requires a buggy ride.
Overall, aside from some unhelpful staff and the mediocre breakfast, I was satisfied with everything else.
