Potique Hotel in Nha Trang

The hotel's design is stunning, the rooms are very spacious, and the service is excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

This is the 2nd time I returned to stay in this hotel. Their friendliness and helpfulness is beyond description.
Immediately upon arrival, the porter came to carry my luggage for check in which was expeditious and after, brought my
luggage to my room. They recognzed me on this trip and they expressed their appreciation to return to stay in their hotel.
I will definitely return to stay at Potique Hotel again for my future trips/visits.

The hotel environment was clean, the room layout was well-designed, and the beds were comfortable. The staff were enthusiastic and attentive. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and breakfast was rich and delicious. The location is convenient. I will definitely choose this place again!

Design: European style with classic Chinese elements – can you imagine that? A French hotel, so unique!
Facilities: Everything is new, and the bedding is comfortable. There's a light strip inside the wardrobe, and surprisingly, light still seeped out even after closing the door at night. It turns out you need to close the door in a specific way to press the switch on the left edge of the door frame. The front desk helped me figure it out.
Environment: Our sea-view room definitely had a view of the sea, without the humidity and noise of being right on the beachfront – just perfect. It really is a 5-8 minute walk to the beach. Occasionally, we could hear singing and dancing from the beach at night, which I personally found quite pleasant.
There's a coffee shop across from the hotel with good quality beans, a well-known brand. (See Picture 8)
The Casa massage parlor across the street offers discounts for hotel guests. (See Picture 7)
The souvenir shop next to the hotel has everything, and it's at least 1/3 cheaper than the airport!
Service: Warm, attentive, and impeccable. The only minor thing was having to call for more water, but it was delivered very promptly. The restaurant food was absolutely delicious! There were so many choices; even after a 5-day stay, my family didn't get tired of it.
Highlights:
1) They arranged rooms for our large family on one side of the 8th floor. The corridor outside had sofas and a coffee table, like a small lounge area, which was very convenient for resting and waiting.
2) The hotel offers airport transfer. Following the pre-sent instructions, it was easy to find the Potique pick-up sign.
3) We received welcome fruit and snacks. Snacks were provided daily thereafter, along with a descriptive menu highlighting the hotel's specialties. (See Picture 5)
4) Upon arrival, after getting off the plane, we found that the manager had handwritten welcome cards for each room, which was a lovely, thoughtful touch. (See Picture 11)
5) The hotel lobby is as beautiful as it appears in photos; I loved it. (See Picture 12)
6) The walk from the hotel to the beach leads right to the Agarwood Tower. (See Picture 1)
7) During Chinese New Year, there was a ceremony in the lobby and at the entrance, and I took some photos. (See Pictures 9 and 10)
An incredibly satisfying stay.

I had a fantastic time and stay in this Potique Hotel which was surprisingly amazing. All teh staff was just very helpful, courteous and went all their way to
assist me around. Not forgetting the breakfast spread was equally yummy and delicious. I have had my dinners in their Cafe which was already just great and
DELICIOUS!! I will return to stay in this Potique Hotel again in the very near future.

The photos showcase the view from the rooftop pool and the sea-view rooms. The hotel's decor is beautiful and distinctive, especially in the lobby. Both the rooms and bathrooms are spacious, and the bed is incredibly comfortable. We received a fruit platter upon check-in, and fresh pastries were delivered daily. The overall service was exceptional. The location is great, just a 10-minute walk to the beach, only one street away. There are plenty of dining and drinking options nearby. Highly recommended!

The rooms boast a charming French-inspired decor and are quite spacious. We also appreciated the complimentary, daily changing desserts. Everything felt very comfortable. The hotel offers a convenient shuttle service to the beach directly across the road (which is actually just a very short walk), and complimentary beach loungers are also provided. In the evenings, the night market diagonally opposite the hotel was buzzing with activity, offering a wide array of affordable goods. Furthermore, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, all serving delicious food at very reasonable prices.

The lobby felt very comfortable and welcoming as soon as we arrived. Our room was spotless, and the breakfast spread was excellent. We noticed the clientele was predominantly Korean. The complimentary airport pick-up was a pleasant surprise; I had assumed the large shuttle would wait until it was full, but it turned out they were waiting specifically for our group of nine. We stayed for four nights and were thoroughly satisfied. The location was incredibly convenient, and the spa directly opposite offered very reasonable prices.
