Fusion Resort Cam Ranh in Cam Ranh

This is hands down the best value-for-money hotel in Nha Trang! The environment, service, cleanliness, and facilities are all top-notch. Plus, they offer a free spa session every day (though you need to book in advance). I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit to Nha Trang, perhaps to try a different room type!

Beautiful hotel with delicious food!!! I was particular impressed by the food quality and taste, one of the best for sure! The farm is very nice, and organized. All spa inclusive was amazing!!! Swimming pools have shallow part suitable for young children. Kids menu is good and its free.

Kids play could have more toys, and the TV should not be turned on at all times.

Beautiful environment, convenient for the airport, and there's a shuttle bus to the city center. Taxis are also readily available. It's great for families with a farm and a swimming pool for kids.

The room and hygiene were both good, and the bathtub was great for photos. I originally booked an elegant room but was upgraded to a pool room for an additional 3.5 million Vietnamese Dong. I was told a 50-minute spa was included, but for some reason, they said it was only 30 minutes, and they didn't mention I could get a complimentary essential oil bath setup. After the spa, I asked the front desk if they could set one up for free, and they told me a rose essential oil bath would cost 155,000 Vietnamese Dong, and it wasn't a daily spa but one per stay! The hotel's internal communication and ordering system was also broken; it only worked when I first logged in. As soon as I clicked on 'communication' in the top right, it just said 'upgrading' and became unusable. So I ended up going to the front desk to order food, which wasted a lot of time. The mini-zoo was also tiny, with just a few sheep, a few pigs, and lots of chickens – not attractive or fun at all. The hotel service is still lacking. I called from my room to request housekeeping, and it took half an hour and another call to finally get someone to come! The breakfast delivered to the room in the morning was delicious. However, the wooden toys on the front desk had freshly applied paint that wasn't dry, and they were just left there without any labels. My child picked one up and got paint all over their hands that wouldn't wash off. Luckily, a kind lady at the front desk used alcohol to clean it off. The overall experience was very mediocre, and I probably won't stay here again. The only good view was at the front desk! Also, everything in the minibar except the water was charged. Not good value for money!

An absolute stunning resort- in a beautiful location- we were outstanded just how lovely the basic rooms were, all of the staff were polite and the massages were lovely.

Our biggest issue “all inclusive spa” according to the hotel it was just one free spa treatment but this is not how it is worded on trip- “all inclusive” is not just one but multiple- this is a let down and why we booked the hotel to begin with

Hotel staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. The daily massage is very good too and can be booked ahead of your trip by email. The hotel aesthetics is on point and you can take lots of photos here.
