Hafi Hotel in Vung Tau

I had high expectations for this place, but what I received was a disappointing experience. The run-down facilities might be acceptable if the accompanying service were adequate. But the real issue is the service attitude and customer service, which is completely inappropriate for the service industry. From the cleaning staff bringing dirty slippers into the guest room to their response to feedback – there was no willingness to learn, only clear annoyance. When I left an honest review, instead of listening and being receptive, the hotel responded aggressively, making personal accusations, and even scrutinizing my previous reviews. This is not how a service provider should treat customers. I'm sharing this experience so that anyone looking for accommodation can consider it carefully, especially if you value professionalism and respect in communication.
