The Rex is an older hotel and looks tired from the outside but:
NOTE : Do not believe the caution about hot water . THERE IS CONSTANT HOT WATER 24/7

I would stay at this hotel again
Inside is very nice

Staff are friendly and competent .

Rooms are very spacious, with very comfortable bed .

An oldie but goodie! The Rex is probably one of oldest hotels in Vung Tau and is currently under renovation. The new rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are a fun and friendly bunch, very helpful and accommodating. Bars, restaurants are close, some great coffee shops all within walking distance. I recommend a balcony room overlooking the pool with a sea view!

The hotel was nice, stuffs are very helpful and enthusiastic. I only didn't like the bed it wasn't comfortable at all. The hotel has all facilities, including a swimming pool., also it's close to the port, and the front beach
