Hotel is in a great location, although we weren’t able to use the rooftop pool due to severe wind all day long, same for the beach. Staff was friendly, breakfast buffet was nice, although very crowded at some point of the mornings. Overall nice experience and great to be able to use movies in English on the TV. There were complimentary snacks on the day of arrival as per pictures and a drink per room booked.

One of the best times I ever had! Thank you so much!
The room is wonderful and clean, the restaurant food is delicious and varies a lot (there was even a Russian salad, I was so excited haha!)
and the view.. OH the view!! The sunny beach is right in front of the hotel, the staff is friendly and kind (but I recommend using translator for better communication)!

Plus. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and always smiling. The location was right across the road from the beach.

Minus. The breakfast was terrible and not set up for westerners. Every thing was cold including fried eggs. The tea and coffee were lukewarm. We had to eat out one morning. We did complain to the management so hopefully they will take our feedback on board.
The swimming pool on the roof top always looked dirty. For a hotel this size they only have 5 sun loungers at the pool

Very nice hotel for the area. We booked a 2 single room and they combined it to a large bed, but the duvet was still 2 single so they overlapped. TV volume was too soft. The room was not facing the beach but had a nice corner protruding out so we could still see the beach, which was a very cool feature. Love the included breakfast too. The only downside was the flush was a little weak and the toilet was clogged so they had to plunger it, but after that it was fine. Also there was a small bug in the toilet but got rid of it. Overall it was a very nice stay.

We had a nice stay but the service in the restaurant brings us red wine instead of white wine and did not understand which food we ordered. We had to translate with Google.

The service at this hotel was outstanding, all staff were professional and friendly and made our stay a pleasant experience. The breakfast was very delicious with plenty of options to choose from. The hotel was kept clean and tidy and the rooftop bar/restaurant with sky view was a nice extra. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again if visiting Vung Tau.

The environment was pretty good. The room didn't have a full sea view, and surprisingly, booking online was more expensive than getting it on-site. The male attendant at the swimming pool acted as if I owed him money; his responses were very cold and dismissive.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the view from the window is beautiful, very close to Christ the Redeemer, just a 20-minute walk. The hotel's dinner buffet was decent, and the service was quite good overall.
