Blue Sea Hotel in Vung Tau

Run down hotel, was accosted by a hotel staff riding a scooter outside another hotel beckoning us to go over... The location is good, next to 2 convenient stores, a Phuc Long coffee shop and the beach just across the road.

But the fame goes as much as the name goes only...

The room is outdated, the staff were not very welcoming, the elevator was slow, the bed was from a long gone era with the bed springs right at the surface without any cushioning, the aircon was uncontrollably cold, the shower was not hot, the wash basin was cracked, leaking water and tilting to the side... There was an open hole as a window???

There were very few hidden power points and very unaccessible...

The fridge was uncontrollable and it froze all my drinks and fruit...

The quoted price was 400,000Vnd but they wouldn't say how much the weekend rates are... So I chose to be wiser and left.

Last but not least... They don't accept any credit or debit cards... Terrible...

Opposite the beach. This property have hotel on low floor and apartments on upper floors. The quality of infrastructure of this property can not be called good. Everything looks outdated. Hard bed, small TV, limited amenities.
