Avatar hotel is an awesome place to stay in Danang. Location is perfect, rooms are very clean, staffs are friendly especially the front office manager Mr. Hiep who is super friendly and very helpful . Highly recommended to stay in this hotel when in Danang. The price is great value.

This is a budget motel not a hotel, the price shown is not true
Low quality service, small and avarage room.
NO TOILET PAPER!
The water cup in my bathroom is dirty like they dont bother to clean it
The price for a day is 300k vnd ~ $12 too expensive for such low quality

Booked a room on Agoda, but said they don't accept online bookings? They already charged my card. They then claimed it was the wrong place, but it's the same address as the listing on Agoda

motel with hourly rent. agoda's daily cost is just after 9pm. rooms are clean, used for hourly rent.

CHECK-OUT - 2023-04-09.
I arrived 4/8 to check in in the afternoon, the staff told me they don't have my reservation, they don't use online for bookings, and they don't have anymore rooms for the night. It was so frustrating as I recall I had booked this hotel online before but there was no point of arguing with the staff as it was not their fault but of the business and the company that runs it for this defect of a booking. I had to search for another hotel last minute on a Saturday, which most hotels are booked then, then had to walk with my luggage to the newly booked hotel elsewhere.
The staff lady was kind, but if the hotel doesn't use online booking then it should be removed to prevent all of this mess frok happening. It seems I am not the first person this has happened to as well.

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. Most things were perfect, including the staff. I think the fact that there was only a small window in the bathroom could be a disadvantage for some people; for me it was fine. Especially considering the price. The rooms with windows were a little more expensive.
The district is not really far from the center with lots of hotels and authentic cafes with Vietnamese food.
