Nice hotel with great views of Can Tho!!! Great breakfast too!

Big hotel with great location and spacious room. Breakfast is delicious. However, the cleanliness of the hotel needs to be improved. One of our family members found a lot of cut nails on the floor when we checked into the room.

I stayed around 6 nights and the place is great. Clean room and organized properly. I was able to go to different places and return at once. Also, obe of the Vincom Plaza is near the Hotel.

The hotel was clean, but after 12 AM, the water turned cold, which made showering a real struggle.

The classic and colonial style of the hotel blend very well with the Mekong River nearby. We are very impressed with the service and the staff: very professional and at the same time very attentive. For sure we'll choose to stay here again if we come back to Huchiming.

The hotel is good location, center of Can Tho. Staffs were helpful. The room was well clean. But the air conditioner was not quite stable (sometime cool, sometime warm). Breakfast was OK with both local and western foods.

Each floor has a few VIP rooms, 1-bedroom crescent area, panoramic view. The breakfast is simple. The hotel has conference rooms, basement parking lots, massage parlor. The location is next to the Sense shopping mall, PG bank, coffee shops

3 We stay the rooms very good . But hall way and at service station no A/C too hot also they are have 1 only key rooms. When you’re going out and coming back your room then nó A/C either.

Pool is nice. Beds are hard. Breakfast is horrible. Late checkout is possible across the world. Standard is 2 hours unless the hotel is busy. It is disgusting to ask guests to pay extra for an additional hour of late checkout. The hotel is the opposite of busy especially during offseason. I can only wish you good luck with this attitude.

A great resort hotel ~ I saw it on the website and I was very attracted to it. I came here because of it and I am very satisfied. From breakfast to afternoon tea to dinner, every meal was a surprise and delicious. This isn't the hotel's fault, it's Expedia's. I booked a room with breakfast included, but when I checked in I was told that breakfast wasn't included. Great location with easy walk to all the key places. Clean and tidy with friendly and efficient staff. The decor is old and tired but you have to say that it is reflected in the price. Everything worked and the linen and towels were good. AC and WiFi were old fashioned but effective

This is a very good resort hotel. I like the cozy swimming pool. The staff are friendly and helpful. They offer a good combination of local food. The only problem is the hot water system in the shower room. It's not stable at all. Needs some attention.

Breakfast wasn't bad, but as the reviews said, getting tickets was a bit of a hassle. While the lobby was decorated for Christmas, the room wasn't in great condition, and I couldn't get cold drinks in the room. Laundry service seemed a bit pricey.

The hotel is rated 3 stars, but it needs a lot of TLC to be rated that highly. The staff is courteous, kind and helpful, but the building needs additional care. Our group rented 6 rooms so I was able to check out a lot of spaces in the hotel. All of the rooms ending in 03 (203, 303, …) have an emergency exit to the fire escape - safety! Good. Unfortunately those exits are illuminated with an exit...

I stayed in a special room, which was very cost-effective. The guy and the girl at the front desk were good-looking and nice people. They helped me book a boat ticket for the floating market and a bus transfer to Ho Chi Minh. It was a great experience.

Organizes a great boat excursion - variable fees, ours was 50 USD for 2 for private small motor boat from 5.30 to 13:00. (Just remember to tell them what your budget is, don't just accept the 70 dollar one which they first suggest and negotiate, if you don't you'll be paying more...

Stay was nice, our tour was amazing (the one through the hotel). Our room was nice. Reception was always pleasant. The owner was nice when we arrived, basically after we bought our tour tickets and he’d got his money from us he was quite cool. Location was great, shop and restaurant just 100m away from the hotel . Also night market and Ninh Kieu Quay were closed around 400m. The price is cheap.

At night, the light from the corridor lights up the rooms, with no possibility of turning them off. I was in a room with a mini-fridge that could not be plugged or it would make the sounds of a jet. The breakfast was very minimal. Overall, you get what you pay for and it's not much.
