Do not stay here.

The hotel is currently under construction. Jack hammering starts before 7 30 am.

We were at the pool and a worker was lowered down the side of the building (but still above us). He was spraying paint to the exterior. The overspray fell on us, our clothes, phones etc. Let alone we had to breathe it. No warning and no regard for our safety. A couple who were camped out by the pool were eating..and yes their food was sprayed with paint.

We were in one of the renovated rooms and it was no bargain. You hear the room above and beside. The people beside us were part of our group so we talked about the sound. They are VERY quiet people... there is no reason that little sound should be heard in the adjoining room.
Someone above us was being sick..... we did NOT need to listen to that. In addition you hear the water rush every time someone flushes above you....every... time. And again this room has been renovated...the sound proofing won't get better after construction. Im over 60 and don't hear well...and I heard it. So if you have perfect hearing.. good luck to you.

The capper was a stain that they "found " when we were checking out. They made quite a performance with phone and radio calls to try charge one of our group the room deposit. These people are THE most clean and conscious people that I know. Trying to pull something like this on them... unbelievable. But the act was solid... they deserve an award...
The charge was eventually dropped as the he was unwilling to go with us to the room to evaluate the situation without middle men.

Also forget about using the chairs by the pool. They only have 4 and someone is always camped out here. The pool is very nice and clean with a great view... too bad so few can enjoy it.

We had breakfast here during our stay. Nothing was spectacular but you could always get something to eat...lots of options. The coffee is barely warm. When asked the accommodating staff would bring hot coffee from the kitchen...I assume it was microwaved.

Let me be clear. The staff were very helpful and friendly specially through the language barrier. The rooms are clean. My issue is with ownership. They cheaped out on construction costs and have noisy renovated rooms. And they have construction going on in public areas with barriers. And of course..no managers were available....

This is our second (or third) multi month trip through the wonderful country of Vietnam. This was by far our most disappointing stay. See my other reviews for other places... they are positive. Avoid this place.

It should not be a 4* hotel.
The aircon was runing so LOUD. We couldn’t sleep all night. Plus there was no insulation system at all. We stayed in 5th floor but could hear so clear the traffic down the road. It felt like your bed is in the middle of the street that every single vihecle passing by will wake you up easily.

Under expectations for 4*
The hotel is under renovation and as we expected a 4* hotel, these days it's truly not. Friendly staff, breakfast was ok. Excellent view if you get towards the river. I would not stay again, one night was fine.

The hotel is under construction which we were told starts at 08:00 in the morning. But it really started at 07:00. The drilling is very loud, if you are jet lagged I would not recommend to stay at this place, there is not much peace.
The staff is friendly, but they don’t understand English very well. They forgot to give my husbands Visa back, and it took a while until they understood that we wanted it back, luckily they didn’t try to keep our passports.
The roof top bar is under construction, the pool is nowhere to be found/ same as the gym, the breakfast room stinks.
Rooms are somewhat clean and spacious which is ok.
