This is a very good resort hotel. I like the cozy swimming pool. The staff are friendly and helpful. They offer a good combination of local food. The only problem is the hot water system in the shower room. It's not stable at all. Needs some attention.

Wonderful secluded location out of town, which made it very peaceful.
The pool is lovely and the staff are very friendly and always happy to help.
Tasty cocktails and food. We especially enjoyed the fresh spring rolls and the fried seafood spring rolls.
We hired a scooter from a rental shop in town, but it’s also very easy to order a quick Grab taxi to take you into town, which takes around 15 minutes.
We were very lucky to get an upgrade to a deluxe double room which was wonderful. We infact decided to extend our stay to 3 nights instead of the initial 2.
The only thing is that the poolside area (sun loungers and parasols) could do with a facelift as it is rather rundown and doesn’t reflect a 4-star hotel.
Overall, a lovely resort which is excellent value for money, with wonderful customer service and a great breakfast buffet.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast area was a bit chaotic because outside guests were also allowed in, and they were charged. As a hotel guest, I went for the breakfast buffet and sat by the pool, next to the breakfast restaurant, thinking it was all part of the same dining area. I was then mistaken for an outside guest and charged. I suggest the hotel put up clear signs or directions, as the charged area is right next to the buffet, and it's easy to get mixed up and misunderstood.

The hotel is situated in a slightly quieter area, which was exactly what we were looking for. You can rent a scooter directly from the hotel, offering great flexibility. However, it's advisable to have some prior experience with scooters and navigating traffic, as the roads can be quite chaotic. The staff were friendly and helpful. They even arranged a taxi for us when we needed to get to the bus station on our departure day. The rooms are spacious and cleanliness is good.

Our main complaint, however, is the food. Breakfast is served until 10 AM, but if you arrive at 9:30 AM, many items are already cold or no longer available. On our departure day, we had to leave very early, and they provided a lunchbox. Frankly, they could have skipped it. We've stayed in two and three-star hotels before and received lunchboxes, but seeing what this 4-star hotel provided, we were genuinely disappointed. We also ate at the restaurant twice. The Western portions were very small and not particularly flavorful. For these reasons, we would not book this hotel again.

It was one of our top hotels. Room was spacious, breakfast was just amazing with a lot of choices, staff was so kind and welcoming we felt special on every step. Location was very convenient next to Mekong and few minutes away from the city

Service was excellent from the moment I arrived. The grounds were well decorated for the holiday season, the pool was inviting and the lounge areas near the pool made for a relaxing experience. Breakfast each morning featured a wide variety of options, some of which changed daily (like fresh fruit and fruit juices) and gave me new things to try. My room was spacious, very clean and well appointed. My terrace was large and a perfect way to escape to the outdoors without having to leave hotel property. Mine was a working holiday and the spacious desk, in-room coffee service, and spacious terrace were perfect for what I needed. Easy pick-up and drop-off for local tours. I’d definitely stay again.

Beautiful large modern clean room. Lovely views to the river from my balcony. The pool was beautiful. There was a large and varied selection of items at breakfast. I would stay here again
