I booked and confirmed 2 rooms for 3 nights, when we arrived they told us all the rooms were fully booked, they let us stayed only one night and we had to checkout the next day. Rooms are small and dirty, even has flies, be careful to use their towels, we got charged for 2 small towels, 60,000 VND each. We had a worst experience staying in this hotel

BAD SERVICE, THIS PLACE IS AN AGENT THAT SELLS TICKETS ON COMMISSION, WHEN YOU GET THERE THE BUS COMPANY FORCES YOU TO PAY AN EXTRA 500k BECAUSE IT'S NOT A PICK UP POINT OF THE BUS COMPANY, BUT THE CONSULTANT STAFF ADVISES YOU THAT YOU CAN PICK UP AND THEN TELLS YOU TO PAY AN EXTRA 500k :)))) NOT A WORD OF APOLOGY, WHEN THE CUSTOMER COMPLAINS, THEY SHUT UP AND CALL THE CUSTOMER FOR MAKING IT UP, THEN THE STAFF CURSES THE CUSTOMER FOR MAKING IT UP, THEN THE STAFF CURSES THE CUSTOMER FOR BULLSHIT, KAKAKA, THIS IS SO TERRIBLE, EVERYONE, BE CAREFUL ( READ A LOT ON FB) - DON'T BE LIKE MY FAMILY

Next to the hotel is HD Cafe, where the staff are extremely rude and disrespectful. While waiting for their ride, a customer asked to use the restroom because they had a small child. The staff chased them out and yelled at them, saying, "There's no restroom." Their attitude was incredibly rude.

The hotel is in a great location. 200m from Xuan Huong Lake so you can walk or cycle every morning. About 800m from Da Lat market.
The hotel has a staff named Hoai who advises guests very thoughtfully.
The downside of the hotel is poor soundproofing, I stayed in the last room on the ground floor but at noon, guests checked in and checked out very loudly, the next room could still hear the conversation in this room.
However, with such a reasonable rental price, I cannot find a hotel with better advantages.
Next time, I will probably stay at this hotel and bring an airpod 😀😀😀.

The hotel is very friendly, the staff is very friendly. The room is small but the bathroom is large and fully equipped. There is a cafe in front, very close to the center of Dalat, 5 minutes to the DL market 👍🏼

Clean hotel. In the room, there is a dryer and a super-speed kettle to make late-night noodles. I like having hot water all day. In the middle of the night, when I open the shower faucet, there is still hot water very quickly. Fully furnished rooms.

Cheap hotel, clean, nice room. Neat toilet, full hot water. There is a spacious free car park. Get a cute, enthusiastic and happy staff

I went to Da Lat for work and rented a room at this hotel. Neat and clean room. There is a desk in the room. The bathroom has hot and cold water, strong running water. Rooms are cleaned daily upon request. Reception warm, attentive. Spacious parking lot.

Great! The hotel is near the market, near the shore of Xuan Huong lake. Convenient for walking around in the downtown area. The parking lot is wide and open.
