Was amused by the views from our room, what the farm can provide and lakes. We managed to took a walk before we checked out. The resort provides shuttle service to night market, however the drop off will be better if it’s nearer to the market

Terracotta Hotel offers a peaceful retreat by Tuyen Lam Lake. Ideal for couples seeking minimalism and nature over shopping. While some facilities age, the hygiene is reliable. Breakfast spread is nice, but limited food options for the rest of the day. Frequented by tour groups. Pool felt aged.

The hotel is good. The bedding and towels were dry, clean, and not old. The facilities at the hotel are good. The hotel itself isn't new, but that doesn't detract from it. It's located in a fantastically beautiful place. Everything is perfect.

Amazing resort right next to the lake. It's also near to many areas such as dalanta waterfall and the city center. The shuttle service is great and it's also nearby the intercity bus station. Highly recommended.

The resort itself is an attraction; it has a playground where you can entertain the kids all day for a reasonable ticket price of just over 300. There are also outdoor activities nearby, and the hotel offers a shuttle service to Da Lat city center. Overall, the service is good, and the scenery is beautiful. My only minor gripe is that the facilities are a bit old and could use an upgrade.

Hotel was very nice and rooms specious, but you could hear neighbors very laudly, so acoustics were not too good. Anyways, I do recommend

I was lucky to book a room with a direct view of the lake just as I wanted, and I loved it! It has a relaxing, chill vibe like being in some fairytale land. The staff was extremely helpful, Staff handled the shuttle service, who left a strong impression on me. The room's quality is decent, and if it could improve a bit more, it would be the best in Da Lat!, will come back again!

The environment damn good! The theme park is beside, a mini zoo is there, very very chill place! Their restaurant food is nice! Its fun and chill. They will have free shutter bus to fetch you to city as well.

Personally, I feel that there is no air conditioning. It is very hot and stuffy in the evening. Although there is an old fan, it cannot improve the stuffy situation. The aerial landscape vegetable garden on the seventh floor is highly recommended. You can order a cup of coffee and enjoy the beautiful scenery. It’s great! There are Koreans everywhere, mostly elderly people. The facilities are slightly old. The win is good service and good location. The food is Korean style, which Chinese people are not used to.

The location is fantastic - super close to Dalat Night Market, Xuan Huong Lake, and tons of food and drink spots. The bed is huge and really comfortable, though I did notice a few stains on the wall that could be improved

Everything was actually quite wonderful, the night market was just around the corner, the only bad thing was the aircon in the room was not working well, it will auto off every now and then which makes our family very uncomfortable to sleep , especially in the midnight, making us wake up every 1-2 hours just to turn the aircon up again . I do hope everything will be fine when I come visit next time

Minus 1 point for the room's cleanliness (some food scraps, hair on the floor) and the lack of a toothbrush and a glass/mug for the third guest (a child), even though we booked a 2+1 stay. The breakfasts were decent, but they were geared heavily toward Vietnamese tourists. Overall, however, we were satisfied and quite happy.

Beautiful resort with a stunning lake view and very peaceful surroundings. Perfect for couples who want to relax and unwind. The room and common areas were clean and well-maintained. The hotel is in a quite and nice area. It has very nice lobby. It's clean, has extra large bed (2 queens put together), a mini fridge, a desk and tea corner. No safe and the water in the shower drain a little slow. The staff are really helpful and the cleaning crew are very good. The location is perfect for walking around. There are couple of vegan restaurants nearby.

Good night sleep. The hotel was quite near the lake but in a quiet area. The receptionists were all very helpful and friendly, especially Tra and Nhung they went out their way to help me. I was worried because there was no air conditioning, but it was comfortable and nice. I traveled by car, so there was no major inconvenience in terms of location, but the location is a bit far from the city center. Except for the fact that the price is a bit high because it is peak season, I am satisfied. I would visit again if it were a little cheaper.

I came here seven years ago. It seems that the hotel has been expanded. This time I stayed in B1 Bungalow. The bathroom is large and the bedding is good. There are many breakfast options. The front desk will drive you in and out of the room. The only drawback is that there are indeed mold spots on the walls of the room. If you don't have a motorcycle, it's best to grab it. This veteran five-star hotel, representing Da Lat's rich history with its beautiful gardens and unbeatable views, offers a fantastic stay despite some outdated facilities (like only having a bathtub in the bathroom and no elevator inside the building, which isn't very elder-friendly). The hotel boasts an excellent location, perched on a small hill, offering unparalleled city and lake views right from your window. It's an older building, which provides a unique experience compared to staying in a modern hotel. However, all essential amenities are available, and the staff are very welcoming and helpful.

The service was excellent, but unfortunately, renovations were underway during our stay. It was impossible to stay in the hotel during the day and work.

A lovely old French colonial hotel built in 1932. Full of history and character it's located close to the city lake. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean and quiet. The male staff at the door and in the lobby were great, but the female staff at the counter seemed reluctant to answer questions. We had three rooms, and everyone was confused about the drinking water. We ended up drinking the chargeable water instead of the free one. They should really reconsider that policy.

The service and location are good, but the hotel is in a serious state of disrepair. The facilities are extremely outdated, and the condition inside the hotel is unacceptable. The toilet has an unbearable smell coming from the drain, making it difficult to breathe. Additionally, the lighting is unreliable—some fixtures have fallen, and others only work intermittently.

Very well positioned. Reception works 24/7. Clean and tidy.

No hot water in the evening and night time in bathroom unless you let the water running for more than 20 minutes then you can get a slightly warm water. Only got "warm water" in bathroom in the morning. Sink pipe in the washroom was leaking. Even a maintenance guy came but it was still not fixed. Door inside lock was broken but no one fixed it.

Breakfast buffet had a variety of food and drinks to choose from but food usually runs out quite quickly. The refrigerator wasn't functioning and there wasn't any remote control for the tv. Rooms were not sound-proof and it's hard to have a good rest as it gets really noisy in the early morning at 6am.

The hotel room is fine, there was a window facing another building about 20 cm away, so no view nor daylight.  My room was not cleaned over the three nights I stayed there, but actually you get what you pay for and location is really good

I thought I was going to eat breakfast at the restaurant, but it was delivered to my room... The bathroom was slippery as if it hadn't been cleaned, and the foot towels were very dirty...
