Terrible unfriendly service. Bathroom toilet and leaking water all over the ground. Won’t let us park and keep our bikes here overnight. Don’t stay here.

Very clean room. Very helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Street noise dies down in the late evening, enough to enjoy a good night's sleep.

Quiet, clean rooms. Comfortable beds. All staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is provided in hotel. Mai Vang is centrally located in Dalat. Not far from old market, many coffee shops and restaurants near hotel. I have stayed here many times. Hotel is always booked to capacity on weekends so make reservation in advance. Room prices are 25-30 usd.

Two stars is for the decent food. I wish I can give more, but this hotel really needs to train their staffs in the art of customer service.

A very nice hotel. They were nice and spoke good English. The hotel had great views of Da Lat and the rooms were clean.

Very bad staff, need to train their staff to smile and to have a decent customer service. They are not careful and broke our personal belongings and no Apologizes !!!

Really bad staff, and windows without isolation so you hear the street and you can not sleep well. No customer service : they asked us to leave our luggages before going to the restaurant for the breakfast. When coming back we saw they have broken our bottles of wine. They refused to do anything about it and just said : it is not their problem. Very professional.
