We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful hotel. The environment is soothing and relaxing, just the right place to unwind after a hectic tour. Although it's a little out of the city, we're easily connected to everywhere by your most efficient Grab service. Of special mention is the service of your great staff. At the breakfast room, Vy is the perfect PR who gave us very good information about where to visit and eat. I love the restaurants she suggested especially Rom and the chicken salad. Last night I had a very nice experience with Nga who knew I had stomach upset. She was most kind and thoughtful to suggest dishes I could eat and even offered ginger tea with honey. I'm very touched. Having travelled all around the world, I've never experienced such excellent service. Big thumbs up to Mercure!

The initial impression is good.

There are things that you need to improve on
1. Aircondition doesn’t have a proper heater function so room cannot get warm at all. I suggest to have mini portable heaters for each room. I slept uneasily as it was 19degrees for the whole duration despite informing the reception. The technician didn't solve this major problem
2 water in shower is hot and cold, meaning the mixer has a problem.
3. Need to have another waste/trash basket near the sink.
4. Some waiters are new and need to smile more and look in the eye when communicating. Same goes for the trainee chefs.
5. The nearest convenience store (7-11) or Winmart was a few hundred metres away. Perhaps you could install a dispensing machine for drinks, cookies, etc.

The only upside, in my opinion, was how photogenic the place was. As a resort hotel, I didn't get any resort vibes from my stay. Breakfast was crowded, which is understandable, but the service couldn't keep up. The in-house dining service also didn't feel like a resort experience; it lacked that vacation feel. The hotel is split into several zones, but you have to walk out onto the street to get to the accommodation areas. Some rooms are quite poorly designed; they're large but the windows feel tiny and the glass wasn't clean. Plus, there was trash piled up right at the hotel entrance. The ground-floor rooms didn't give off a welcoming impression at all. They felt more like a basement storage room.

The buildings still look new , garden and flower so nice and colorful.
