Sandals Lily Hotel in Dalat

The hotel itself is nice and located in a quiet area, BUT...

Firstly, the floor, especially in the bathroom, is incredibly slippery. I fell while changing into slippers. Luckily, I managed to catch myself, so no broken bones, but I got a bruise on my knee and severely scraped my arm. You just slide around; it's impossible to shower without shoes or walk barefoot.

Secondly, I booked a room with a buffet breakfast, but there was no buffet. Instead, they offered a choice of 5 dishes from a menu: 4 Vietnamese options and the fifth was just 2 eggs. I can't eat sugar, and all the Vietnamese dishes contained sugar. For the 2 eggs, they brought a plate of lettuce and half a cup of tea. After I complained, they eventually gave me an omelet and fresh juice. For that price, I could have eaten out ten times over elsewhere.

Thirdly, they gave me a voucher for a free massage. DO NOT GO. At the salon, they immediately try to convince you to extend it to an hour, but the massage was terrible, and they even pulled out half my hair. The masseuse was just pulling and yanking.

To top it all off, my room key was deactivated prematurely, and I had to run to reception to get it reactivated so I could get my belongings from the room.

I deeply regret choosing this hotel.
