Lady receptionist is very efficient & courteous (check-in around 12 pm & check out around 11.30 am). Spacious reception area.
Room is clean & tidy. No smell.
Toilet is clean & tidy as well, albeit quite small. Door mat for the toilet meanwhile quite old. Glass tray for shampoo & shower gel in the toilet should be replaced for safety reason.
Facilities inside room: hair dryer, water boiling kettle, wifi, TV, aircon, hot shower, toiletries like liquid soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, ear cotton buds, shaver, hair cap, fridge, slippers etc.
Nice comfortable bed & pillows.
Complementary 2 bottled water.
Plenty of cafes & restaurants nearby.
Safe area.
Only complaint: as most hotel in Vietnam, the door & wall are quite thin, & if there is noise from the walkway outside the room, it can be heard very clearly from the room.
There is also a lady staff who walked up & down the staircase very hard (night time & morning time) & the noise could be heard clearly from the room 205.
