I had a terrible experience here. A room costing over 1 million VND a night is definitely not worth the price. The soundproofing is extremely poor, and the service is awful. On the first day, the receptionist gave my key card to another guest by mistake, who then swiped it into my room. The next morning, I went out for a bit but told the receptionist there was still someone in the room. Despite this, a cleaner came to tidy the room and opened the door while my friend was still asleep. My friend even told them the room didn't need cleaning, but later that day, someone knocked on the door asking to clean the room two more times! 😃 I hope the hotel pays more attention and doesn't disturb guests like this.

Extremely poor value for money. The soundproofing is terrible; I could hear everything the couple next door was doing, clear as day.

The room was a bit cramped, but there weren't many good rooms available nearby. The bed was a bit high; I felt like I was going to fall off. That's just how the room was, so there wasn't much I could do. It was fine once I fell asleep.

Apart from the rooms being a bit small, everything else was pretty good. The overall facilities were decent, and the stay was quite pleasant. It wasn't too noisy being on the street, and the transportation was convenient.
