Holiday Inn & Suites SAIGON AIRPORT by IHG in Ho Chi Minh

The hotel is very conveniently located near the airport, and there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Rooms are cleaned daily, and the gym and outdoor pool are well-maintained. I am extremely grateful to the hotel staff for finding my lost phone and leaving a nice printout. Thank you so much!

This hotel is super close to the airport, probably the best one around. However, it's a bit inconvenient that food deliveries can't be brought up to the room and only drop off at the front desk.

The hotel's breakfast was delicious and the service was excellent. Overall, the environment was very clean.

The location is a bit far from the airport, but there's a scheduled shuttle bus service. The hotel environment is quite good; it's one building within an apartment complex. The swimming pool is shared with the apartments, so it can get crowded. Breakfast was just okay. The room was small, and surprisingly, the bed had some damaged areas.

Most airport hotel are far away from civilization. This is NOT! Wonderful stay but they were sticky about giving me a few more hours while I wait for my flight claiming that the hotel is fully booked. They were willing to extend my stay only if I could top up for $25 per hour. I was disappointed at their upsell. Hence the 4 stars for service.

The room was spacious and clean. The only downside was a staff member knocking on our door early in the morning to ask about cleaning times, which woke us up.

Everything else was great, but the staff needs more training on how to properly welcome and assist IHG members, as per protocol. Also, the shuttle bus registration and guidance at the entrance could be a bit clearer and more organized.

Iron didn’t work. Heating element couldn’t even warm your hand. So went for the Laundry option and paid the premium of express which clearly indicated return before 19:00 same day. 21:00 called house keeping but they were unable to communicate or locate the laundry item. On the return laundry receipt showed only charged for the normal rate so I thought never mind. Upon check out it was not compensated for their lateness. And as an IHG member, I always try to be as green as I can for not needing to change bed sheet and have house keeping make the room for my two nights of accommodation. But water was not replenished (not even leaving at the door). I had to book via an agent as I needed a USD receipt. But zero points for all the expenses I spend during my stay. That was totally uncool. Had breakfast and dinner on top.

Maybe a Vietnamese thing where hygiene of their bathing area is unimportant. It had a standing shower and a bathtub that has a rain shower and shower faucet packed in such a small room but they do not at all even attempt to to keep the water within the shower area at all. And once wet stepping out from the elevated floor no matter how many slippery when wet sign it IS a hazard.

The hotel is very close to the airport. It would be even better if the shuttle bus ran more frequently. The room was quite spacious, which was great, and the breakfast was ample and delicious. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Great location, close to the airport. The room was small but well-designed, and the cleanliness was decent, with no strange smells. The bed was comfortable, and hot water was consistently available. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were usually quick with no waiting. However, the breakfast options were limited.
