There are construction works going on day and night immediately next to and physically adjoining the apartments at present.
I’d personally recommend the accommodation be avoided for the time being therefore, unless deafeningly loud banging, clanging and scraping at 1am is what you’re after.
The receptionists were great, but the manager (who hid behind the scenes and communicated solely through the young female receptionist when I was complaining the following morning) was far less impressive and less credible.
No refund, not even a partial one, and very disappointingly, not the slightest mention in advance of the fact that 24hr construction works are being being undertaken right next to the accommodation.
Avoid for some time if I were you, and consider alternative accommodation if you’ve already booked…

Awful noisy of air conditioner engine for all night long so that I cannot sleep well. The worst of all is the construction next to the apartment starting working at 7:30am! Terrible experience here, do not book this hotel, you will regret.

This apartment was in a great location- walking distance through a beautiful park to all the main attractions but still quiet for HCMC once you're inside. We had a high floor apartment at the back which was quiet, spacious and had a large walk in shower and a separate bath. The apartment was basic but clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful, the aircon worked well and the bed was good. Whilst this is not a luxury stay, it's amazing value for money and in a very good location.

Very centrally located! Most tourist attractions such as the war museum and the downtown of Ho Chi Minh City were walking distance. Lots of restaurants and bars just a short walk away. Our room was very clean and seemed recently renovated or built. The front desk was very helpful and friendly. Free laundry room was also available which was very helpful for us especially after a few weeks of traveling. Great value, had a great stay. Definitely would recommend it to anyone visiting HCMC!

We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, but because it was the weekend, they didn't provide any cleaning supplies. They said there was no one to work because it was the weekend, so we had to go around and ask for towels. It was so uncomfortable that I don't want to go there again.

A great, well priced hotel for a few nights stay in Ho Chi Minh. The rooms were a great size, clean and modern. It is within walking distance of restaurants, the war remnants museum and the markets. Excellent value for money.

Located on a fairly busy street, but the room was quiet. Staff were very friendly Excellent value for money.

Firstly, I have to said that my experiences in here are very well! Comfortable and it's suitable for the family and even the single person.
Secondly that all of the staff are very nice and friendly, especially the housekeeping staff, I wanna to send to thankful to the one female staff in this apartment. I didn't know her name, but she look old, hmm. Maybe about 60 and she couldn't speaking English but she were friendly to me in during the time I stayed here, beside it. She also helpful to helping me to move the luggages, cleaning room when I came out. What's an interesting staff.
I will come back in next time.

The hotel is like a mini apartment with full kitchen amenities and clean rooms. Great hot water and bathtub. The air conditioner is very cold. Central location with convenient access to entertainment and dining locations. Friendly staff very enthusiastic. You should try here if you come to Ho Chi Minh.
