Initially, they pushed me into a lower-category room. I called to report it, but the phone wasn't working. I went downstairs and was offered another room… the same, also outside the category I'd paid for. Old hotel, next to brick factories, old bathroom… in short… terrible. I don't recommend it. It's very expensive for what it offers.
The hotel's facilities are excellent, but the gym needs renovation. Most of the staff are extremely attentive.
It's very convenient for us to do business here.
