My Villa Hotel - Airport in Ho Chi Minh

I had to book this hotel for an overnight stay due to a delayed flight, and while I usually don’t write such detailed reviews, this experience has left me deeply unsettled, and I feel it’s important to share.

I reached the hotel around 12:45 AM. The room I was given looked quite different from the photos online, but I was exhausted and let that go. When I arrived, an elderly security guard came forward to help with my luggage. While assisting me, he suddenly grabbed my elbow and squeezed it in a strange and inappropriate way. It made me extremely uncomfortable. I initially assumed he was just old and maybe confused, so I didn’t say anything. But the moment he noticed the receptionist nearby, he immediately let go of my arm. That behavior felt suspicious and unsettling.

Still, I tried to overlook it, telling myself it might have been a misunderstanding.

In the morning, while checking out, I even gave the guard a small tip out of politeness and respect for his age—hoping maybe I had misjudged the earlier incident.

But what happened next confirmed my fear. While helping me put my luggage into the car, the same guard started deliberately squeezing and rubbing my hand in a clearly inappropriate, sexual manner. I was stunned and didn’t know how to react. I was alone, in a hurry, and frankly, scared.

I truly urge the hotel management to look into this matter seriously and check the CCTV footage, especially during check-in around 12:45 AM and again during checkout in the morning. This kind of behavior should never be tolerated, especially towards solo women travelers.

I want to add that the receptionist was professional, kind, and made me feel welcome. But the conduct of the security guard was completely unacceptable and left me feeling unsafe.

I sincerely hope the hotel takes swift action to ensure this does not happen to anyone else.

the front desk did not even try to help when we report there was a leaking spot in shower, water was all over the place and all they could offer was an old cloth not even a mop and we had to dry the floor ourselves . High price but low quality.

4pm , have no Receptionist in lobby !
Guest have to wait …. very longtime….30’….
Then the Air conditioner stop work at midnight even doing anhthing with the AC remote cotrol… what the hell with this????
Besides , wifi is very very bad no signal and the receptionist always lay out many reasons to justify…
So, take a look before decide to book!

Nightmare! Do not booked this hotel ! Was giving a room that was not shown in the trip.com photo. Giving a room with white ants everywhere in the bed , Bedframe and table. Room window unable to lock as it already broken for serval years. Shower room with mould everywhere and it choked that it can’t be shower at all. Room light was not even working and worse the bed was like a hell bed. The bed was like metal poll everywhere of the bed that unable to sleep that I have to booked another hotel to stayed. The bed is not a bed , maybe sleep on the floor is the best ! Spoken to reception about the issue , nothing he can do. With this price of hotel, you can find much better than this .

Disgusting Room and No Refund

I booked a room here, but it was so dirty that I couldn’t stay. The sheets were stained, the bathroom was filthy, and the whole place smelled terrible. I immediately asked for a refund, but the staff refused and were very unhelpful. I had to leave and find another place to stay. I deserve a full refund for this unacceptable experience.
