The location is not bad, and the coffee at breakfast is tasty. The à la carte breakfast was decent. However, a huge drawback is the construction next door and the terrible sound insulation. Even when there's no work going on at the construction site, you can hear everything happening outside from the room. We initially thought the windows were open, but they weren't, they were closed. Our room was on the 5th floor, and we could hear pigeons running and cooing on the roof. The room has everything you need, even an iron and an ironing board.

Booked two rooms. The one facing the road was noisy with motorcycles all night. We ran into a small issue during our stay, but the security guard was very helpful and resolved it quickly. Overall, it was a good stay, and the location is easy to find. Most attractions are within walking distance. Didn't take any pictures.

The hotel itself is in a suitable and very convenient location. I stayed there for one night as I had to catch my flight home from ho chi min, however, the hotel walls are very thin and it’s easy to hear what’s happening in the other rooms and I was awaken at 4am in the morning by a fellow traveler arguing with a ********** in his room for over 20 mins. Regardless, the staff and security at the front door were very welcoming and helpful, even though I had to check out at 12pm, they kept my bag for a few hours.

The room was a bit too small. I forgot to check the square footage when I booked it. For a family of three with a few suitcases, there wasn't enough space to even open them.
**Amenities:** All essential toiletries were provided.
**Cleanliness:** The wardrobe mirror had a bit of dust, but I asked housekeeping to clean daily, and they kept everything tidy.
**Environment:** It's quite convenient, with a small convenience store right next door downstairs. The only downside is the room size, which was a bit inconvenient with a child and lots of luggage, as there was no space to spread things out.
**Service:** The front desk staff were very friendly. I especially want to commend the doorman – he was very attentive and polite, always greeting us and even interacting with our daughter, which she loved. The auntie who prepared the freshly cooked breakfast was also lovely, spoke excellent English with no communication barriers, and was very cheerful and approachable.

The location is super convenient. The reception is very friendly and helpful. Everyone in the hotel are helpful, the housekeeping, the security guards and the guy that prepares breakfast for us. This is not a luxury hotel and a very comfortable place to stay when you are away from home .there is a very good Vietnamese food restaurant opposite the hotel call Di mai. Don’t miss it

here in the area you can find offers 20-30% cheaper. Will they be worse? Not really. Having stayed in 20+ hotels in Vietnam I start thinking all the hotels within 20-50 USD frame get into "okay for the money" category. It is okay for the money but look for some other cheaper hotels nearby, they are going to be the same.

One of the worst possible hotel that I ever saw in my life. Horrible staff... Very uncourteous. It seems all they are interested is, in the wallet of customers without taking care of the needs. Very pushy staff. Hotel itself have crampy rooms and no air circulation. I will never ever go back there again.

We checked out after being there for an hour. We were totally okay with how old the hotel was because you get what you pay for. However friendly customer service can be accomplished free of charge.
Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with the front desk when we asked for simple directions to the spa, servers being rude, very loud staff with stuff everywhere while they setup for a wedding.
I understand business must be done but it can be done politely. We ended up checking out immediately without causing a problem at the front desk and even paid 500k VND or $20 USD for the hour we were there.
We immediately booked an Airbnb down the road for less price but with amazing customer service, great location, solid WiFi and even free washer dryers in District 1. So my advice is to avoid this hotel and go with a solid Airbnb.
