Nice hotel at a very good location. Good restaurants, convenient stores nearby. The rooms are clean and staff is very hospitable. Value for money.

The service attitude was terrible... I booked a family room with two large beds, but they initially gave me a room with one large bed and one small bed. When I went to complain, they were very reluctant to switch me back to the correct room type. When we came back to pick up our luggage, a staff member kept sweeping around us in the lobby, basically trying to make us leave... The service was just awful! The hygiene was also just so-so.

The hotel changed management recently and does not provide breakfast anymore. But they still honored the time when l booked the hotel with breakfast by delivering breakfast boxes during my stay.

Cleanliness so so and still need improvement especially in the toilet area.

Requested for late checkout but have to pay extra despite there is empty room.

This is a great hotel with an excellent location in the Old Quarter, right by Bui Vien Street. Downstairs, there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, and massage parlors. Across the street, there's a large underground market. Being street-facing, there's a bit of traffic noise, but it's acceptable.

Three of us friends stayed in a two-bedroom suite, which had three separate bathrooms and was very spacious. The facilities were simple but clean, and we had a good few nights' sleep.

The hotel is located in the heart of District 1, making it very convenient for getting around.

Location was very convenient to get to and from popular attractions. Walking street was right behind the hotel. There’s a 7-11 right next doors too as well as many restaurants.

The area was very close to the beer street, but the glass panel was not very sound proof so there might be noises here and there. But the room was clean and comfy.

One of the worst possible hotel that I ever saw in my life. Horrible staff... Very uncourteous. It seems all they are interested is, in the wallet of customers without taking care of the needs. Very pushy staff. Hotel itself have crampy rooms and no air circulation. I will never ever go back there again.

We checked out after being there for an hour. We were totally okay with how old the hotel was because you get what you pay for. However friendly customer service can be accomplished free of charge.

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with the front desk when we asked for simple directions to the spa, servers being rude, very loud staff with stuff everywhere while they setup for a wedding.

I understand business must be done but it can be done politely. We ended up checking out immediately without causing a problem at the front desk and even paid 500k VND or $20 USD for the hour we were there.

We immediately booked an Airbnb down the road for less price but with amazing customer service, great location, solid WiFi and even free washer dryers in District 1. So my advice is to avoid this hotel and go with a solid Airbnb.
