The staff were nice. the hotel was average. There is no curtain on the window, mouldy in the bathroom.

Rooms are clean and most of them probably are studio rooms, which contains many appliances, which is really great for family stay. The street here is generally quiet compared to other part of Saigon. I think the quality of the rooms are fair for the price at the time of this comment.

The room was completely dirty, from the floor to the toilet, it was like it hadn't been cleaned in a whole year, it was horrible, the bed sheets were old and dirty. The room is not soundproof so it's very noisy in the morning and makes me lose sleep. Overall the worst experience of my life!

If the room is full, the room is full but still accepted. Near check-in time, 5 days after booking, they call to cancel the room due to fullness. Very irresponsible business
