Great location! Lots of cafes and bars nearby. Quiet at night. Friendly staff. Really enjoyed it!

This is the first time we have stayed at the Annex hotel. We have stayed at the main one before. It’s just around the corner and we had a quiet room facing the back so was around 1 building away from any road. Room was clean, air conditioning etc was all good. TV was a modern smart Samsung TV so could stream Netflix and cast etc. Breakfast most days was ok, they ran out of many food items and were refilled on most days. Staff were friendly. Felt safe all the time. Would definitely stay again..

The hotel is located in the heart of the city: nearby are markets, the opera, shopping centers, and the embankment—all within walking distance, making it ideal for active recreation.
Rooms are cleaned daily, and the room is always neat and tidy. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to help.
The hotel has a pool, but we never got to use it—we were constantly out and about, trying to see as many places as possible in five days. 😂

A good option for those who want to stay in the center and explore the city a lot. 🌿

The hotel is in the very center of the city, as central as it gets, with all the sights of District 1 just a stone's throw away. The pleasant colonial-style interior exudes a sense of history. Housekeeping is excellent, and the rooms are very clean, with crisp white linens and towels. The rooftop pool is 12x4 meters and 1.5 meters deep: small, but enough for a quick swim (especially since the pool is usually empty). The gym is small (two bikes, a treadmill, and a weight bench), but everything works, and that was enough for us. The staff is very friendly. At $50 a night, the value for money seemed unbeatable.

Overall a pleasant stay, had everything you can ask for in a Business trip hotel and location wise,

The Hotel has a main restaurant up the street which has great food
Only downside I can think of is, during the day there’s plenty construction noises but if you’re out mostly for work and are in at night you’ll be fine

The location is great and the breakfast is good.
The facilities aren't new, but everything works. The staff is very friendly. My first impression wasn't great, but I ended up liking everything. The pool is clean.

Excellent old style hotel in a great location. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast is also very good with plenty of choices. Would definitely stay there again.

Located in a good part of town with easy access to anywhere, nice local coffee shop with a friendly owner.
Hotel is aging a bit but rooms are well fitted with everything that you need, hotel staff are friendly and take care of guests.
Often in HoChiMin late at night you will be followed by men and women attempting to sell nefarious goods or services and the hotel staff did a good job of getting rid of them for us.
Overall old hotel with a good service, decent breakfast and excellent location.

Great hotel. Stayed for 3 nights. All the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. Had all the necessary needed for a hotel room. Good location. Have booked an additional 2 nights stay. Highly recommend. Keep up the good work guys.
