I want to commend your staff for being so welcoming, she is the highlight of the hotel. However, the room quality did not meet expectations. The lack of an elevator, no hot water, and missing essentials like tissues made the stay uncomfortable. Additionally, the smoke and unpleasant odor in the room were quite bothersome. I hope the hotel can improve these facilities soon.

Good manager. Room is okay. Near bus stop. Night time Little bit noisy cuz outside of motorbikes. But can choose room with out window, then it's gonna be totally calm and chill.

moldy door, bad shower pressure, broken ac, infested beds, crusty refrigerator, ants, window literally leads to the stairwell, blocked window by a wardrobe, broken fan, cobwebs, creaky stair rails, smelly bathroom, stuffy air

Dirty, veryyyy weak water cant take shower, the woman at the reception has terible attitude.

The hotel is not located in a good place but relationship quality/price is excellent, perfect hotel to spend one or a few nights.

Good hotel near airport, perfect for airport transit. I gad luck to be taken care of by Xavier-Phuong, perfect polyglot and taking care of every detail

First day we weren't much happy about our room, but next day they gave us better room, if 1 fan will be enough for you, I recommend this place for overnight
