A good beach. Few tourists. Great view of the sea.

Superb location right on the beach with a kite school on the property and several others near. Cocktails are fantastic and food great too

Kite surfing is very convenient, and there is a flat and wide beach in front of the hotel

View from my room was also awesome as it’s taller than most of the buildings around. The best was the staff though. Everyone i met there were such good people, I wished I could have stayed longer!

In the sea view room, you can indeed lie on the bed and watch the sea

Lovely resort in Mui Ne right on the beach! Infinity pool to swim in, comfy chairs to lounge in by the pool or right on the beach. Lots of opportunities to learn kite surfing all around the resort

The environment is beautiful and quiet. It is very suitable for couples to stay. The breakfast is rich and diverse. There are all kinds of meals every day. The swimming pool is also quite good

There were some wear-and-tear noted in the bathtub and metal structures around the room (door handles, chairs, cabinets etc), possibly as the accommodation was right by the sea

Nice and clean beach, facilities good, service very good, can help to book car for long distance travel

Breakfast is ok, plenty to choose from, with both European and local options. There are plenty of kite schools on the beach. The pool is always clean, and the water is a comfortable temperature

Good sea view and the beach was very easily accessible from the resort. However, there was nothing else much to do nearby (apart from chilling by the beach) and we had to take a Grab out for food

Cleaning and towel changes were provided daily

My parents asked to change to a ground-floor room, but the first one had a strong paint smell, another had plumbing issues, and one even had a broken air conditioner

Clean Beach, reasonable price food and drinks, taste also good. Most important, pet friendly hotels. My dog have wonderful day there

We had a wonderful bungalow right on the beautiful beach where we spent most of our day, which we had mostly to ourselves

This is a beautiful boutique style hotel, with amazing staff. The pool rooms which open out onto their own pool surrounded by bougenvillia are so nice to stay in, with the beachfront pool only a minute away

You can have the best of both worlds pool or beach. Also there are plenty of plug sockets around the room. Shower is a massive walk in cubicle. The poolside loungers are some of the most comfortable we have ever been on

At first we were a little concerned by the 3 stars but we got the hotel recommended through a friend who repeatedly stated how amazing this hotel was, and they were right! We first arrived on the 28th of December to welcoming staff and spacious rooms with many amenities, our room was right by the pool and had a small terrace, which created a fantastic setting every morning and night

The hotel has a regular pool and an infinity pool overlooking the most magical of views of Mui Ne and the turquoise water

Sunsea Resort was a spectacular hotel experience

Only problem I have is when I booked the room, description and picture said full beach view. The staff said it is not true, only partial beach view is available. Other than that it was a nice stay

When you check into this hotel, you'll find yourself in an ant kingdom—be prepared to be bitten. The hotel itself is a bit tired; I didn't feel like swimming in the pool; the tables and lounge chairs are old

The hotel is right on the oceanfront – it's wonderful to fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the waves! There aren't many rooms, which creates an authentic atmosphere with stunning views perfect for photoshoots and complete relaxation

It's small and cozy, located right in the center of Mui Ne. There are small shops and many restaurants nearby (they all serve similar food, but the one across the street to the right has lower prices)

I've just spent nearly two months in this lovely little resort. The plan was to travel north after a week but it was so wonderful and relaxing I ended up here for the whole of my two month stay

The food in the dining area is good. The selection isn't huge, but they have everything you need. Not all rooms have balconies, so be sure to check when booking

The staff are delightful, the breakfasts delicious and the garden as beautiful as the resort's sophisticated owner who always greets you with a big smile

The tide is low in early morning, we walked along the sandy beach, watching the fishing boats sparkling with lights on the sea and the activities of fishermen on the shore, until the sun rises

The hotel is truly right on the water, by the sea. The double rooms are a bit small, but we had visited them before booking. The facilities are clean, although a little dated

It's not a luxury hotel, but the setting is magnificent. The seafood restaurant is right next door, and the menus are amazing! We booked two rooms with breakfast for two nights

creating a tranquillity scene of fresh green, cool and quiet that surrounding the clear blue swimming pool in the middle of the resort's garden

The sandy yard at the end of the resort is shaded by tall coconut trees, making it an ideal place to organize BBQs or, more simply, just lying down to relax and watch the ocean and listen to the sound of waves

Beautiful views of the front and back garden with tall coconut trees, flower trees of all kinds, pots of water lilies, rows of ornamental areca trees with squirrels chasing each other on top of the trees

You can also order fresh seafood at the beach. Only a few drawbacks such as there is no waterpool as well as other entertainment things, especially in the night

The hotel is clean, the staff is attentive, the swimming pool has warm water, suitable for bathing

Tropical views, only 1 minute walking to the beach, cozy rooms and homestay, affordable price including breakfast and bed loungers beside the sea. It has a bar and the restaurant which serve traditional dishes

Location is good, beach front, swimming pool is a bit small, average room, quite suitable for relaxation, clean beach!

the room: my room was beauty, side by side with beach, view so beautiful when Sun set. But 1 thing i don't like, due to black background, while opening the hallway door, it hit my hand => so hurt hix hix

I honestly think this is the best place to stay in central Mui Ne. It’s super affordable but puts you right in the middle of all the fun—famous restaurants, seafood spots, and beach bars are just steps away

Really chilled, literally right next to the sea for a great price. Beautiful pool and really clean nice vibe. We stayed in one of the bungalows, it was really comfortable, great AC and had everything we needed

The hotel environment is very good. It is close to the beach and you can see the sea from behind the store. The only flaw is that the pillows are on the hard side

Peaceful hotel on the sea with nice gardens We had a lovely stay for 5 days in this little oasis with beautiful gardens full of plants and flowers. It felt very private and tranquil

The staff are very kind and welcoming and the place is very clean and tidy. The property opens out to the beach which is sandy apart from full tide when the sea reaches the steps

Cozy hotel with beach front, swimming pool and kind and helpful staff. The room was big and clean, plenty of hotwater and electrical outlets by the bed. The breakfast was definitely worth the 80k

So we moved to 1001 Hotel and were very happy. It was super clean, had covered parking, a pool, and right at the street so we could easily hit the road to find food or a massage or whatever

It's also within walking distance to the kitesurfing beach

I was very happy with this hotel, room was comfortable and the location was close to the major beaches (windsurfing/surfing). The price also represented a very good value

It is also near the beach so walking around is not a bad ideas

We were previously staying at one of the big resort-y style hotels but with so many great restaurants and things to do in the area, we didn't want a one-stop-shop kind of place

Good lighting outside and inside. That gives a feeling of safety when arriving in the evening and night. Comfort beds. Good service.

You’re in the heart of great seafood restaurants, fine meat (matador), amazing sushi, and right next to sunset on the beach, that is known for excellent food.

Bathroom is ok, but not very clean, just don't spend too much time in the bathroom. The rest of the room is clean, with decent beds, although a little bit hard

They provide towels and the kids from the owners are fun to talk to. Have fun kiting or enjoying the sand dunes!

Several small shops and cafes nearby. No beach access but you can get pool and beach access for 15k vnd at the Moonlight hotel close by. This is a modest hotel with a pool in a little garden

Excellent location for beach goers. Perfect amount of sun around the sheltered pool area if you feel like staying away from crowds. Perfect for the book reader among us.

Sleeping bus from HCMC stops in front of the hotel upon request. ATM and supermarket very nearby. Clean and mattress is soft (not like vnm standards). Great outdoors and swimming pool approx 10x5 metres

Xin Chao has to be one of most relaxing places that we have found on our extensive travels. The rooms are located around a central, well maintained and clean swimming pool

Amazing place to stay. Villas are beautiful, joe and his staff are so kind. Big plus is that there’s a beach in the back of the hotel. Well worth the stay.

I love it at Joe’s Seaside Boutique. It is such a great, quiet spot along the beach in Mui Ne

Seaside bungalow was spacious, as was the bathroom. Hiep and Quyen in reception have great English and are very helpful

One of the best coffee shops in Vietnam. The view of the the ocean on the back patio is amazing. There is live music every night. You will likely hear many classic western songs while you are at this fine establishment

I love that breakfast is served until 11:30am - very civilised! Other food I've had for lunch and dinner has been averi, but there are plenty of options nearby

I'm staying in a tent for USD3 a night. I was warned that they get hot very early in the morning so it's only good for an early riser. I would recommend this place for budget travelers. a few sand flies near the beach

great place to chill, just have to look out for police when driving in/out on high way. Got caught by police twice in the same day for no fault. They requested to check documents like bike registration, driver license.

So be careful if booking a $1 tent as you can hear them and they get very hot! But there is a huge chill out room which is cool to sleep in. The western staff are amazing!

Great place just has lots of sand flies and on the weekends big parties of Vietnamese people with megaphones
