We checked out at 12 and asked the receptionist if we could leave our bags at the hotel for just an hour or so until our bus arrived.

She straight up told us "No" and wanted to charge us an extra 100.000 to do this.

Never seen anything like this.

The room itself was pretty terrible for sleeping as they used bedsheets for duvets and the walls were so thin that every single vehicle that passed by could be heard loud and clearly.

Would not recommend this place.

1001 Hotel is a functional hotel without all the bells and whistles, but that really worked for us. We were previously staying at one of the big resort-y style hotels but with so many great restaurants and things to do in the area, we didn't want a one-stop-shop kind of place. So we moved to 1001 Hotel and were very happy. It was super clean, had covered parking, a pool, and right at the street so we could easily hit the road to find food or a massage or whatever. It's also within walking distance to the kitesurfing beach.

I was very happy with this hotel, room was comfortable and the location was close to the major beaches (windsurfing/surfing). The price also represented a very good value.

Room for improvement with the WiFi and an in-room safe would make a nice addition.

Good lighting outside and inside. That gives a feeling of safety when arriving in the evening and night. Comfort beds. Good service.

Reasonable price with spaces room.

Staff is nice and friendly. However the room is not so clean that we saw some trash under the bed. Another point is that the hotel has no lift. Eventhough we lived in the 2nd floor but it was not easy to carry all the luggages while we had to take care our 5 years old child.
The hotel nearby is full of stores and street food. It is also near the beach so walking around is not a bad ideas.
