The hotel is huge, and it took us an hour to check in during the Chinese New Year. We also had to wait a long time for the golf cart, even though we had a reservation. However, the hotel environment is really nice and beautiful, perfect for a vacation.

Overall, I'm extremely satisfied, 100 thumbs up! The service was warm and welcoming, and the shuttle bus was prompt and attentive. I really didn't want to leave. It's a cutely decorated resort. Breakfast was satisfying, and although I arrived an hour earlier than the check-in time, they treated me kindly and gave me my room right away. This is a great resort. We had a cabin right off the beach, great place for a relaxing getaway. The fixtures and furniture is showing it's age, but most time will be spent on the porch or beach anyway. Food was great. Short walk to some good restaurant as well. Beautiful hotel on top of a hill top overlooking the entire Mui Ne strip area. Rooms looked good is clean. I mean, it's a 5 star hotel and it feels like it. This is a solid 3-star hotel. One building is oceanside, the other is across the street. Both sides have pools. There are many seafood options nearby to the right after exciting the hotel, and to the left is Joe's Cafe, with the best craft beer in town and live music nightly. I would stay here again if returning to Mui Ne.

Good, apart from the beach. Nice hotel with a good size pool. Room was spacious, however the bed was a bit too firm and the pillows not great - too hard. Breakfast had good selection. One thing to note, photos in the advert don’t justify the beach, the beach is not good - lots of rubbish, both on the sand and in the sea, you wouldn’t want to swim. We stuck to the pool.

Used to be a 4-star but downgraded to a 3 with the new standards. The room is clean and well-prep. The staffs are nice & attentive. They have a pool but it is a bit small and doesn't have a bar. The restaurant and spa are on the opposite so you have to cross the street. Kid-friendly and a good place for casual travellers.

Great food for low prices! I tried few dishes of squid and they were absolutely delicious - especially grilled ones.
