Terrible hotel… it’s old… dirty… inside the rooms you can hear everything going on the streets… cars, music, people talking….
breakfast only offers meals with pork, Vietnamese food mostly, no continental options at all…
beds have bugs in it my legs got bitten all over…
the only thing is good about this place are the staff members, very helpful and friendly, only because of that I give 2 stars not 1 star…

Saphia Hotel was an amazing experience. Great quality breakfast and the best ice cream just outside the front door. Room was very comfortable and shower was great. The pool had an amazing view over the ocean.
Very handy to shopping and the night markets too.

Amazing view from spacey sea front balcony, very clean and comfortable room with profffessional and friendly staff. We would have extended put stay if room was available. Its well worth about £5 more for an exercise room with seafood front balcony. We had room 1004 ... we recommend this room

Good Hotel in a great location but unfortunately their policy is not good. My Wife left a make-up stain on the sheet and we were told we would have either get it cleaned or pay for them to clean. We paid and the next day the when sheets were changed there were blood stains that hadn't come out in the wash on the pillows and sheet. How does that work. Apart from that the staff were very friendly but still not happy about their policy..

We stayed in the hotel. Hotel itself was pretty nice. We checked in very quickly. Reception team is very helpful. Anytime we went asking for help they always helped us out. Although breakfast wasn’t good. Dining room smells bad in the morning. We don’t eat pork that’s why it was hard to choose any food. The only thing we could eat in breakfast was Bread cheese egg and pancakes 🥞 otherwise everything is pork meat.

Hotel is in a good location, close to the beach and services around but it is situated on the main road so it is a bit noisy there. My room was clean in general but there was old ugly wallpaper on the wall with dry worms there, torn curtains and bathroom is very small. The view was amazing but it was very windy so I couldn't sit on the balcony. I was accomodated on the 11th floor and WiFi connection was a disaster up there. There was an Asian breakfast.

Very good experience in this hotel. Close to the beach (2 to 3 min walk) ...... The breakfast is very nice. Want to stay there again.
