Our third time staying at the hotel. Never disappoints us!

The door lock wasn’t working properly, which made entering the room inconvenient and a bit unsafe. Even worse, the bed sheet had a visible blood stain, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel

Overall, the food was great, but the service and room cleanliness need serious improvement. Even though， I won't give any bad score to the front house staff

The breakfast at the hotel was good — plenty of variety and everything tasted fresh. Unfortunately, the rest of the stay didn’t match that standard

It’s very clear that the management team is more focused on how much money they can earn rather than providing proper service

You can really feel that they are cutting costs everywhere — from reduced facilities to poor maintenance

The best hotel in Vietnam. Would recommend. There is a beach, several restaurants, a club on the 50th floor. At the height of service.

There were a couple of things that could be better: Sunbeds: The hotel does offer sunbeds, but there are only a few. By the time we got to the beach, they were usually taken. If you want to rent one, it costs 300,000

This is a great beachfront hotel right in the city center. Everything you need is nearby. The room was clean and spacious, and the sea view from the window was stunning. The staff were very welcoming and friendly

The hotel is in a fantastic spot. It's right next to the mall, and you just need to cross the road to get to the beach. The breakfast was great! There was a wonderful variety, and it really set a good tone for the day

Hotel is good breakfast is nice. You must try korean bbq buffet in 5t floor in restaurant 18-21. There are few places to rest and lie down when you go to the beach. And there is no water to wash the sand

I recommend everyone to drive to the cable car island station: there you get more choice, better quality and all this for 30-50% of the hotel price

All the facilities including the pool, even though the weather was not proper to use it, were enough to relieve my stress at work. Especially the service they gave was really enjoyable while my stay there

I was pleasantly surprised to receive an upgraded upon check-in. The hotel features a nice swimming pool at the rooftop, a decent weight room for basic workout exercise, and my room was spacious.

I don’t understand why people complain about the hotel’s service and staff. They were some of the nicest people I’ve ever met while traveling from Khanh Hoa to Nha Trang with my fiancée

We liked everything; we stayed on the 15th floor. Sometimes in the evenings, there was loud music from the neighboring hotel.

The pool is very old and in a bad condition. I think this place just suitable for sleeping only.

But yeh, the light in the room is **** and hard to see anythings, should have spend more money upgrading the light

Pros: My room had a balcony and was newly renovated. Cons: After the renovation, the limescale hadn't been washed off everywhere. Upon check-in, there was a smell in the toilet; we had to buy an air freshener

A big monstrous hotel with no style. The decor is uninspired and boring. Just a bunch of mass produced rooms. The pool is located in the middle of the building, so there's no sun. It results in very cold water

It's a new hotel in city center, very close to restaurant, bar, shopping mall.. Rooms are clean and have balcony with wonderful view... It's enough for my all stay

Basic accomodations with a view. No hot water in the kitchen, other than hot water kettle. Living room A/C does not cool below 25° C. Budget fabrics and uncomfortable cushions on sofa and dinning chairs

Because of covid travel restrictions, the breakfast buffet had limited items that looked awful. I happily ate breakfast outside

The view from the property is decent. It's not bad for the price. There are a lot of Korean package tourists. The location isn't ideal, as there aren't any restaurants or convenience stores nearby.

If you're here for tourism, don't bother here; you won't be able to get to the center by taxi. The sea is 20 meters away, but the beach is about 1 km away. They take a $100 deposit upon check-in

5 stars, but the sun loungers near the pool are broken, the upper floors of the restaurant are closed, if you think you'll be dining on the 36th floor in January and looking at the view, you won't get it, they probably only open in season

There's limited European food, but it tastes disgusting and looks strange. I've stayed in many hotels with Chinese staff, but the food has always been decent for Europeans. The location is out of this world

Upon checkout, I noticed I was waiting for my money back, and the Chinese people were just leaving. Apparently, they didn't take a deposit. A disgrace for a 5-star hotel

So you're thinking, every day of your vacation, they'll deduct your money for the scratches on the table or the stain on the chair that were there before you left

The resort boasts beautiful, well-maintained grounds and access to a pristine private beach, which was absolutely breathtaking. The pools were fantastic and the overall atmosphere was incredibly peaceful

The hotel location is close to night market and walk 10 minutes to the beach. The breakfast changes everyday and it is good. Overall, my family is happy with this hotel.

The room was cleaned daily and was always clean. I was also pleased to see a gym on site. The sea is a 5-minute walk away. The breakfasts are delicious, but if you're staying longer, the food will be repetitive

I stayed at Libra Hotel for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The buffet breakfast was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of food options to choose from every morning

Spacious room with a modern feel, close to the beach and in the Superior room (ours was room 1406) we had a wonderful balcony with sea view, out of the sun. Large pool shame it's indoors and dark with no sunshine

It's lukewarm Vietnamise style food with awful coffee. However good coffee shop downstairs. Bathroom floor floods because there is no shower screen. Little far away from the action / main beach but only a 15-20 min walk

bed was a bit firm and I asked the house keeping to put something on it to soften it The indoor pool is mildly cool

Overall, I'd recommend it, though the breakfast might not be very varied during the off-season

When I asked where the sauna was, the pool janitor angrily said No. Everything else was okay.

Right next to the Intercontinental, I didn't notice at first that it had a sloped balcony. There was a door in my room, probably connecting to the next one, but it was locked, and I couldn't be bothered to switch rooms

The location is fantastic, directly opposite InterContinental and just a three-minute walk to Lotte Mart. Within a ten-minute walk, you'll find plenty of great restaurants, making it incredibly convenient to get around

It took two phone calls for them to finally quiet down. Later, I found out they were checking in late at night. There were two doors separating my room from theirs, and the soundproofing was terrible

Half of the power outlets were broken and couldn't charge anything. My phone, watch, and power bank had to take turns charging! I was woken up at 3 AM by noisy neighbors

The first few nights were quiet as no one was next door. But on the last day, a couple of guys moved in and were shouting in the middle of the night – truly speechless

So, if you get a room with a connecting door, don't be afraid to ask for a change immediately; you'll hear everything happening next door

Great location to the beach. Clean room but amenities not fully provided such as toothbrush and razor blade which is unlikely for a 5 star hotel.

Buffets breakfast was tasty even though seems not much to eat but good enough as breakfast. Our family enjoyed the pool a lot, small but not crowded, also they served you water while you sat

The room window opens up to the sea, offering beautiful surroundings. The room is clean, and the front desk staff can speak Chinese.

The room and service were both great. I stayed for two nights, and on the last day, the breakfast area floor was a bit dirty. I bought a pomelo and peeled it perfectly.

Service seemed geared toward Russian tourists which was fine the majority of the visitors seemed to be russian but I think putting signs up for guests should mean you also have Vietnamese and English

Great place to stay, large clean rooms, heat swimming pools, breakfast is better than average.  Great location, beside the ocean, great m, views.  The staff are truly amazing, very helpful and go beyond to help people.

Perfect location, great service, 24/7 reception service. The beautiful view of the beach from all the windows of the hotel, very delicious breakfast. They even allowed us to take food to our rooms

Service was great, location was great, and the hotel was very clean, very good gym. If I had one compliant, it would be they need more elevators. Wait times can be a little long during peak time

In addition, the hotel lifts were shared with the public gym goers and sometimes it was crowded and we had to wait for subsequent rounds. This made the stay unpleasant

Stay was pleasant and staff was prompt to respond to staff request. The downside is that the middle hotel lift was not working for the 3 days that we were there

Hotel lifts should be made exclusive to hotel guests (at least 1 lift)

For the price paid it was a really nice experience, traditional style room, sea view and a Vietnam style breakfast. I would consider staying again, the only disadvantages were the old gym and outdoor swimming pool

I was very satisfied with this hotel. **Great Location**: Just 100 meters to the right from the exit, cross the road and you're at the beach

**Excellent Facilities**: Although it's not a new hotel, it's very well-maintained. The coffee shop on the ground floor, the restaurant upstairs, and the pool on the 7th floor are all fantastic

It's conveniently located just three minutes from the beach and ten minutes from a large shopping mall. The food is delicious, and there's a good variety to choose from. The staff are all very polite and friendly

The Russian-speaking receptionist at the front desk was incredibly helpful with everything, from booking taxis to assisting with ticket payments using a local Vietnamese card

I could write an essay about how much I loved this resort and all it has to offer as well as Nha Trang itself! We were a group of 14 relaxing after a wedding week, and this resort offered us beautiful, comfy rooms, great delicious restaurants, stunning pool area with a pool bar

There was a billiard table, gym, spa, indoor and outdoor pool, etc. The spa facilities were of high quality. The breakfast was good and has a good variety, however I don't think the taste of everything was the best

This hotel features a wide range of room types across its four buildings, including studios, one-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom apartments, and villas. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a two-bedroom apartment

However, as a whole this resort gives you so much so this isn't a big deal to not stay there. The staff were helpful with everything and helped with a late check out too as my flight was in the afternoon

For example, the desserts tasted like nothing or had no sugar in it. A few western options in terms of bacon, eggs, pasta, croissants, bread and fruit
