Spa-Hotels in Nha Trang

The room and bed smelled of mould. Even with the window open it was irritating to breathe. The common areas were ok though so maybe just some of the rooms are affected.

Friendly staffs and good services. Cleanliness need to improve.

The breakfast at the hotel was good — plenty of variety and everything tasted fresh. Unfortunately, the rest of the stay didn’t match that standard. When I approached the doorman for help, he didn’t make any effort to assist, which left a poor first impression. The room also had several problems. The door lock wasn’t working properly, which made entering the room inconvenient and a bit unsafe. Even...

Our third time staying at the hotel. Never disappoints us!

Vinpearl Empire Nha Trang by Meliá was our second hotel in Nha Trang, following our stay at Vinpearl Resort on Vinpearl Island. Overall, it offers a comfortable and convenient city stay with several strong points. The price is reasonable for what you get, and the location is excellent — right in the heart of the city. Our deluxe room was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully laid out for a simple...

First of all, the service is very good. All staff members are friendly and polite. The location is also convenient. However, although it was mentioned that there is an indoor swimming pool on trip, there is actually only an outdoor pool, which was very cold and almost impossible to use, especially with kids. Breakfast was okay, but the variety could be improved. Also, during breakfast, forks and...

I don't like that it's not possible to return it.

friendly staff and near Vin Wonder. good taste of breakfast and big swiming pool, nice beach

One of the best choice in Nha trang!

The room was great, and the shuttle bus was very convenient. The kids loved the pool. It's also very close to the amusement park, so we'll definitely stay here again next time. The hotel breakfast was also excellent. For the price during peak summer, it was really good value for money.

The friendliness of the staff was impressive. The hotel pool and beach are really great. The only downside is that the twin beds are too narrow. A family of three should definitely opt for a king-sized bed. Breakfast was decent with a good variety of options.

The room wasn't very big; it didn't feel like the 30+ square meters advertised. Housekeeping wasn't thorough, with dust in many corners. The hotel only provided two glass bottles of water daily. Maybe because it was peak season, breakfast was incredibly crowded, and there was always a long queue for coffee. The hotel's pool, beach, and other recreational facilities were great. However, lunch at the...

Excellent hotel, big and beautiful, with a swimming pool, 40 floors, good rooms, but a little old, top-notch service, excellent breakfast.

Great location, and decent service. Plenty of dining options right outside the hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised to receive an upgraded upon check-in. The hotel features a nice swimming pool at the rooftop, a decent weight room for basic workout exercise, and my room was spacious.

All the facilities including the pool, even though the weather was not proper to use it, were enough to relieve my stress at work. Especially the service they gave was really enjoyable while my stay there. Happy new year !

Very nice hotel with amazing rooftop bar and lounge Pool and fitness Room are very clean and restaurant for breakfast is very good

Nice clean hotel, wonderful pool, very nice view of the sea. Good breakfasts

Great location, convenient for daily life, and a fantastic sea view room! 👍

The hotel is very convenient, with all essential amenities located nearby, and the view from the rooftop pool is fantastic. The room is spacious, and the cleanliness is excellent.

The location is quite good, but the overall environment is very dated and the breakfast is just average. However, the price is cheap. If I go next time, I'd consider it, but the interior facilities are really old and it's quite noisy at night.

The environment is great, and the swimming pool is really nice. Check-in at 2 PM was prompt. They also helped us arrange a taxi for departure, and it was cheaper than hailing one ourselves. There were a lot of Koreans, and they had a Chinese-speaking staff member, which was great. The service was good.

Great location, just a 10-minute walk to the beach at most. Plenty of options for food and coffee nearby. The room was spacious. Overall, it's a hotel with excellent value for money.

Location was great but staffs should be more friendly. They always look bit angry. & I never can understand why they don’t supply enough toilet paper!

It was wonderful! New room, clean, good condition and wonderful view!

The view from the property is decent. It's not bad for the price. There are a lot of Korean package tourists. The location isn't ideal, as there aren't any restaurants or convenience stores nearby.

Pros: 1. The room is beautiful, clean, and cleaned daily. Tea, coffee, and sugar are provided in the room. Cons: 1. The breakfast is geared toward Chinese and Koreans. There's limited European food, but it tastes disgusting and looks strange. I'm shocked. I've stayed in many hotels with Chinese staff, but the food has always been decent for Europeans. 2. The location is out of this world. If you're...

5 stars, but the sun loungers near the pool are broken, the upper floors of the restaurant are closed, if you think you'll be dining on the 36th floor in January and looking at the view, you won't get it, they probably only open in season.

A pleasant stay in a Junior Suite with direct sea views. Spacious room with a comfortable double bed, bathroom with bathtub and separate shower. Generous breakfast buffet. Friendly, helpful staff.

Pretty new hotel with good bed and bathroom. Location is slightly out of center so less coffee shops etc around you, it’s clean yes, but although it’s pretty new, you can se damaged furniture and some basic opening faults in construction  Staff is very helpful and kind, breakfast buffet is a bit limited but has that what you need

Our stay at the Vinpearl Resort in Nha Trang was a true tropical dream! It was the perfect escape for relaxation and fun. The resort boasts beautiful, well-maintained grounds and access to a pristine private beach, which was absolutely breathtaking. The pools were fantastic and the overall atmosphere was incredibly peaceful. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service. Every member of...

Right from the exciting boat trip on arrival to the cable car journey back we thought everything in between was superb would highly recommend with a spacious room and a great view Graham need2view.co.uk

We had a great stay at this hotel. The food is delicious (special thanks to the chef). I have experience staying in more than 150 hotels of different levels in various countries. This includes about 30 hotels in Hong Kong. I can tell you my comments: Smoking should be prohibited near the pools and near the sun loungers on the beach; Glassware should be prohibited near the pools, as I saw a guest break...

The hotel offers comprehensive and thoughtful services. Guests can enjoy the hotel's amenities right from the pier. The pier reception lobby is exquisitely designed, and the staff's service is impeccable. After check-in, a staff member personally escorted us to the cable car, which was a very thoughtful gesture. Guests can use the cable car or boat for free. Upon arrival at the pier, the hotel also...

aircon abit not enough, excellent seaview, hotel good service. breakfast is excellent. near theme park, but theme park stuff very poor , close the activity even not yet 19:30, not friendly then others country theme park, poor english or chinese.

Excellent location ,good transportation ,excellent atmosphere, many sport activities I love it ,very clean hotel ,good beach we will come back again

Overall, the hotel isn't bad and lives up to its 3-star rating. The breakfasts are good, but during peak hours, there's a long wait for the elevators, and there's no air conditioning in the hallways.

Booked this hotel for three days through TRIP.COM right before my flight, getting a sea-view room. The confirmation came through instantly. The staff explained everything using a translator and checked me in on the 15th floor. The room matched the description perfectly. The breakfasts were amazing, spread across two floors (3rd and 4th). There was a huge variety of food and fruits. On the 7th floor...

Great location! To the left of the hotel, there are plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, and massage places, all very close by. The room was also nice, very spacious, which I really appreciated. The breakfast had a lot of choices, and the staff were excellent. 👍👍👍 Even though there was a small issue during check-in, customer service resolved it very quickly. I was super happy with the sea-view room...

We can see the sunrise from our window in the morning such a good view. The location is a little bit far from the ocean but still has a good view. Swimming pool in the building but still enjoy the sea view also that good. The facility in the room a little old they has only 2 pillows for 2pax so I have tried to call 0 to ask for more pillow no one pick up my call. The toilet got stuck on my check out...

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable right away. The location is very convenient, making it easy to travel around and access nearby attractions. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and friendly place to stay.

The hotel location is close to night market and walk 10 minutes to the beach. The breakfast changes everyday and it is good. Overall, my family is happy with this hotel.

For the very low price, expectations should be modest — and they are met. The hotel has clearly seen better days and would benefit greatly from a comprehensive renovation. Rooms and public areas feel dated, but everything is clean and functional. Breakfast is very basic, yet perfectly in line with the rate. Staff is polite and tries their best. If you're just looking for an affordable bed, it does...

This resort is peaceful and far enough from town that you need to take a taxi to eat unless you want to eat there, which you don’t. The pool is nice and the resort next door has a lovely beach you can pay to use and eat at.

It was really comfortable and nice 😁 thank you very much

We had a fun. Breakfast was good. Swimming pool was wonderful 😎 Overall, nice resort

Face hotel, fair prices it was hard to get extra bottles of water in the room, though Super nice, huge tubs, but took literally an hour and a half to fill We would definitely go back if we came back to the area

The environment is great. The transportation is very convenient. The service is excellent, and everything is clean.

Spacious room with a modern feel, close to the beach and in the Superior room (ours was room 1406) we had a wonderful balcony with sea view, out of the sun. Large pool shame it's indoors and dark with no sunshine. Under-used. NOT outdoors which Trip says it is. Gym is amazing, best I've ever been in. Not busy and it seems they have some classes. The breakfast closes a bit early at 9.30am but if you...

It was a beautiful room. I loved the views from the balcony. The staff were lovely and friendly. I will definitely stay there again

When I asked where the sauna was, the pool janitor angrily said No. Everything else was okay.

Location: Right in the city center, the surroundings are quite pleasant. You can even catch the sunrise in the morning. Service: Very warm and excellent. Cleanliness: Spotless and tidy. Overall, I'd recommend it, though the breakfast might not be very varied during the off-season.

I have seen the basic rooms and it's worth upgrading My room had a large TV in 2 rooms. Nice modern bathroom with a spa .. I could hear the odd traffic noise. bed was a bit firm and I asked the house keeping to put something on it to soften it The indoor pool is mildly cool .. good size.. attached is a personal sauna and showers and a large gym Breakfast was basic but reasonable and I think because...

Good location to do North activities: I-resort, Monkey&Orchid islands, Do-Theater. Soundproof walls, but not soundproof window. Stayed at 1405 room for two nights. If you are sensitive sleeper, outdoor noise is an issue. Sea View to the beach will wake you up at 6am with a Vietnamese anthem and some local news via loudspeakers fixed to the boulevard post. Also quite hard mattress, that want to count...

Sheraton is in our hearts forever. Initially we planned to stay here for 6 nights and then move to Cam Rahn. But we didn’t like the second hotel at all so we decided to come back to Sheraton. Totally, we stayed here for 12 nights. The staff, the service - everything was amazing! The breakfast was varied, we liked everything. Thank you so much for the anniversary set ＜3 Some things to be improved...

Location is good, rooftop is good, swimming pool is good, but room layout is strange

The hotel is located in a bustling area of the city, making it convenient to get to Ghenh Rang Park (Stone Island Cape) and Po Nagar Cham Towers by taxi the next day. The breakfast spread was excellent, and enjoying it in the restaurant with a sea view was very pleasant. The pool was also great.

Facilities: On par with a local 5-star, slightly below international 5-star standards. Cleanliness: Generally clean and hygienic, but there's room for improvement in the details. Location/Environment: Beachfront, with a shopping mall nearby and a rooftop bar on the hotel. Service: Excellent service.

The hotel is right in Nha Trang city, just across the road from the Pacific Ocean. All the sea-view rooms offer a 90-degree side view of the sea. The sound of the waves at night can be quite loud. The hotel is a bit old, and the lobby is on the smaller side, but that's not a major issue. My biggest complaint, however, is the hotel's dining. The breakfast selection isn't extensive, and the seafood buffet...

This hotel was a bit of a nightmare, honestly, quite a few issues popped up! One of the big problems is how old the facilities are. I can't believe it was only renovated six years ago. The air conditioning blows directly onto the bed and can't be adjusted. Luckily, it wasn't hot in Nha Trang at the time, so I just slept without the AC, which was bearable. Half of the power outlets were broken and couldn...

The facilities and services were pretty good, but it was too noisy facing the street. On the first night of our stay, Vietnam's U23 team won third place against Korea, and wow, the noise from downstairs felt like it was exploding right next to my head repeatedly. I barely slept all night. Next time, I'll definitely choose a resort for a quieter stay.

The room window opens up to the sea, offering beautiful surroundings. The room is clean, and the front desk staff can speak Chinese.

The room and service were both great. I stayed for two nights, and on the last day, the breakfast area floor was a bit dirty. I bought a pomelo and peeled it perfectly.

Very clean and warm hospitality. Breakfast options were aplenty. Very timely cleaning room service too!

Very good location just right in front of the beach.. good restaurant around .. room is huge and bed is comfort

Great location to the beach. Clean room but amenities not fully provided such as toothbrush and razor blade which is unlikely for a 5 star hotel.

Nice location. Nice clean rooms. But very bad wifi in room. Stayed 3 nights and internet never works

Location is good. Breakfast is worst. Cleaniness is just fine. Not like a international hotel. Dark environment.

Good location and nice hotel. There is a convenience store at the lobby, very useful

If you want to be right in the middle of downtown this was great rooms are a little small but thats expected of a corporate hotel. Service seemed geared toward Russian tourists which was fine the majority of the visitors seemed to be russian but I think putting signs up for guests should mean you also have Vietnamese and English.

Ibis as usual Good 3*** hotel located in central side of this noisy busy croudy city, small clean room, clean shower and toilet, everything is fine for this reasonable price. Bed is comfortable and clean, everyday housekeeping. Tea/cofee set with cups and 2 bottles of water, but plastic cattle is very cheap and old. Breakfast + Cold swimming pool and massage we didn’t try, nothing to say. On reception...

Good area - in the Centre of Nha Trang. Many shops/ restaurants and the beach. Breakfast are delicious.

“If they only sweep the floor without changing the bedsheets, the room is not clean

Good service and good room, good breakfast

Great place to stay, large clean rooms, heat swimming pools, breakfast is better than average.  Great location, beside the ocean, great m, views.  The staff are truly amazing, very helpful and go beyond to help people.

Service was great, location was great, and the hotel was very clean, very good gym. If I had one compliant, it would be they need more elevators. Wait times can be a little long during peak time. But it did not ruin my experience.

Close to department store. Good location. Breakfast is average.

Very bad breakfast. gaming club is nice.

It was amazing place to stay and close to town

For the price paid it was a really nice experience, traditional style room, sea view and a Vietnam style breakfast. I would consider staying again, the only disadvantages were the old gym and outdoor swimming pool

Not as old as some reviews suggest. You can smoke on the balcony, and the room was cleaned thoroughly, they even helped organize my luggage and the room. The bed was comfortable, though a couple of the pillows are quite old and could use replacing. The pool was very clean.

The decor is old but I didn't mind that. It's very clean, comfortable, and spacious. But no walk-in shower, it's over the bathtub. The breakfast could have been better. The location is excellent

Big beautiful room, but I saw one hair from a stranger. Bathtube where you take your shower.Only on the 4th floor,I could hair the Ventilator till 10pm and in the morning from the building below. Breakfast Vietnamese normal, vegetarian soso and for the westerner more bad!

I was very satisfied with this hotel. 1. **Great Location**: Just 100 meters to the right from the exit, cross the road and you're at the beach. 2. **Excellent Facilities**: Although it's not a new hotel, it's very well-maintained. The coffee shop on the ground floor, the restaurant upstairs, and the pool on the 7th floor are all fantastic. 3. **Comfortable Stay**: The room was quiet and spacious...

The hotel isn't bad overall. However, in the large room with panoramic windows, the window was dirty. The jacuzzi wasn't working. Breakfast wasn't the best I've had, but it was passable.

The night swim was fantastic. It's great for families, though I'd recommend using a photo filter. The location is also decent, and the service is good. It's also convenient for ordering food delivery.

Overall, it's a good hotel. It's conveniently located just three minutes from the beach and ten minutes from a large shopping mall. The food is delicious, and there's a good variety to choose from. The staff are all very polite and friendly. I'd especially like to commend Dima at the front desk; he's always ready to help and provide useful information. A big shout-out to him!

A nice hotel right by the sea. Beach towels are always provided. While sun loungers are limited, the intense heat meant we didn't really want to sunbathe much anyway. Breakfast offers a good variety, with plenty of fresh fruit and pastries. The Russian-speaking receptionist at the front desk was incredibly helpful with everything, from booking taxis to assisting with ticket payments using a local Vietnamese...

Spotless rooms. The entire property was well-maintained and tidy. Great swimming pool. Delicious breakfast. Excellent service, with all staff members being very friendly. Good value for money.

Excellent service, very friendly and helpful front desk staff. The breakfast could be better.

We had a really bad experience with the hotel upon arrival. Facility was old, our room had a strong bad smell (maybe alchohol), bathroom and around the bed floor was dirty, could see the sticky smudge attaching to my socks. We chose the hotel for the location and a 5 star rating. But that was not how we expected. Although, the receptionists had really good attitude and was very helpful.

Great location right by the beach, and close to the night market. The hotel is a bit old, but the room was lovely, with a direct ocean view facing the beach – perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sea. For a family trip, the outstanding service was definitely the highlight.

It was great. Rooms are spacious, have a private beach. Breakfast had very good selection of doos and deserts. Reception was excellent the whole time. Thank you

Very nice hotel with very good service. Located near with famous beach club. There has many different types of meats on breakfast if you like meats

We stayed at this hotel 3 days with kids. It is appropriate for staying with kids. It has been joyful for us. The location is the best, the staffs are so kind, especially, Annie and Dung are awesome.. thank you for your service 😊

One of the best hotels in Nha Trang. Service impeccable especially from receptionist whose name starts with Phu. Keep up the good work

Great location to beach and restaurants - everything you needed was right there. Staff were friendly and the hotel clean.

Good location and good service modern hotel It was good experience

Great location, good value for money

Clean hotel and good breakfast provided. Staff is cooperative. Good location, beach is 100m away from hotel, good to move around within shops, hotel and beach.

Clean room & comfy bed. Buffet breakfast is sumptuous & delicious. Very satisfied with my stay here.😄

A clean hotel nearby the beach. Just walking 50m to beach road and many facilities around. The fare is very reasonable, breakfast is good compared to amount you have to pay for a night here. Highly recommend!

A lovely place and the weather was so nice The hotel location is really good

We liked this hotel so much! Beautiful clean rooms and views. Breakfast is really really nice. Food fresh and tasty. Thanks to staff for their work and hospitality, everyone is kind, friendly and always ready to help! 🫶🏻

I’m very happy with my stay at Gonsala Hotel. The room looked exactly like in the photos — clean, modern, and well-maintained. It was also surprisingly spacious — much larger than rooms in many other hotels. I was genuinely impressed by how much space there was for a double room. The facilities were new, and the breakfast selection was quite generous. I was also delighted to find a complimentary plate...

Everything is good, but do not why 5am plus go a loud voice on the road, sound proof not good enough.

Loved the hotel. The breakfast was great as well. Location couldn’t have been better. Overall great hotel and great staff.

It was not possible to bring overnight guests to the hotel. That's a big minus. It was possible to bring them to other hotels.

I chose this hotel for my last night primarily because of its location. It's super convenient – the airport bus, shopping areas, and ATMs are all nearby. The staff were friendly, and the pool was lovely. Overall, I had a great and relaxing stay.

The bathrobes were stained, and I saw a cockroach in the room. It felt like my neighbors were living inside my room – there were so many noisy families with kids. The city view is only good because of the mountain. The pool is nice, but small. The massage was 400k, and it was average. I didn't try the food. There's a Highlands Coffee just around the corner.

I can say this hotel has a great location in Nha Trang, close to the bank and the cathedral, and only about a 10-minute walk to the beach. The hotel has a nice vibe and the room itself is comfortable. However, there were a few issues during my stay. I booked a queen bed but received two single beds. The staff tried to solve it by combining the beds, but the middle area was still uncomfortable to sleep...

Wonderful hotel. Check-in is strictly on time. The room was cleaned every day. It's not far from the sea and convenient. New bottles of water were added daily. There were also items available for an additional charge.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. The rooms could’ve been a touch cleaner, but overall a great place for the price.

I enjoyed my stay so much. All staff is very polite and professional, super clean beds, towels and bathrobes (I didn't want to get out of bed haha). The room service is fast and good. Breakfast is good, especially yogurts. Its very quiet in a hotel which is important for Vietnam. They have a pool with a bar on the 17th floor. The bell boy opens the front door and helps with luggage. The only thing...
