Eden Resort in Phan Thiet

Good:
- Large room, large bed, fully equipped bathroom
- Large campus and many trees, parking space close to the room
- Cheap price, including breakfast
- Friendly and enthusiastic staff
- The beach is empty and less garbage
- Wifi signal is strong

Bad:
- There is another resort name written at the main gate, so it's easy to confuse
- The resort seems to be old, many items are abandoned and degraded
- Some items in the room cannot be used such as television, no hot water, sometimes there is no regular water.
- The way to the beach is barricaded, if you want to swim, you have to find your own way
- Swimming pool is a bit small and not very clean. When I arrived, it was full of moss like the picture, but the next morning there was a cleaning staff
- Book a room with breakfast but the staff has to collect 80k more for 1 accompanying child. Breakfast is very bad, each person only has 1 small bowl of pho

Conclusion: suitable for those who like cheap, quiet and separate space, or need an overnight stay in the middle of a long trip

An old resort with very little care and investment.

Quiet place, nice view and nice staffs.
But the beach is pretty dirty.
