The hotel grounds are simply enormous. Plenty of greenery, a playground, a café, a hammam, and a swimming pool—all within the hotel grounds. The sea is just 10 meters away. A great location.

A great place for a quiet, "Soviet" getaway. I really liked the architecture. The signature touch of the master – Soviet architect and Abkhazian Abu Alkhazov – is evident. Everything has been lovingly restored

Nice music in the corridors of the hotel does not play loudly (fans of pop will definitely not like it). The staff at the front desk is responsive and friendly, they always helped in solving problems

While strolling along the seashore in Old Gagra in the evening, we stopped at a restaurant for dinner and strolled through the well-kept and beautiful hotel grounds

A comfortable heated pool is just a fairy tale, especially helpful in bad weather. Calm, relaxing atmosphere, very close to the beach, the shore is comfortable and spacious, no fuss and crowds

There's also a dining room with delicious food for every taste. The hotel grounds feature a clean, spacious pool, sun loungers around the pool, a playground, and, of course, a wonderful park that's truly delightful

There's a large, heated pool with a children's area! Ruzanna's excursions are fantastic!!! Many varied and interesting routes at reasonable prices! Experienced drivers (especially Artur!)

We vacationed with our family in July 2025! Park Hotel Galina is the best place in all of Abkhazia! Ideally located 300 meters from the crystal-clear sea with an equipped beach, the hotel grounds are beautiful and well-maintained: there's a pond with swans, a mini-zoo, a café-disco, and a dining room with delicious and fresh food

They helped us arrange our transfer and greeted us with ease and clarity. The room has a kettle, air conditioning, and a refrigerator, as well as a private bathroom. An ironing board and iron are available in the hallway

Park Hotel Galina is a wonderful place to relax! We traveled with our children in July 2023 and August 2025. We want to express our deep gratitude to all the staff for ensuring our vacation was worry-free

Nice guest house, but service needs to be improved!!! Specifically, in our room 6, the toilet bowl was leaking, the blockage in the sink (which was eliminated by ourselves!), The lock in the toilet was broken, which I also repaired myself!
