Probably the best hotel on the coast. Beautiful view from the panoramic windows (even in ordinary rooms), friendly staff, parking next to the house, barbecue facilities. We stayed during autumn break this year. We loved the hotel. The pool was always heated. The staff was polite, and the food was delicious. The beach was about 8 minutes away, there were plenty of shops around, and we drove to the Abkhazia landmark. The traffic police were responsive, and they stopped us once to check our insurance. The hotel itself is new. The room is not big. But it smells strongly of sewer... There is a rooftop pool! There is a dining room and a car park.

They constantly cut off the electricity. Room cleaning leaves much to be desired.

The beach is amazing, one of my favorites! Inside the hotel were not, did not stay. There are wooden bungalows on the beach, the price tag is certainly not small - 4000 per day. Too expensive for Abkhazia. But it can comfortably accommodate 6 people. The beach also has a bar, swings, rental of subs for 500 rubles per hour

The location relative to the sea is convenient, 300 meters, close to small shops. It must be understood that the village itself is located away from Pitsunda, and from any entertainment.
