Hotels in Ptitsefabrika

We stayed at the hotel in August 2024. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was cozy and had all the amenities, unless you're close relatives of an oligarch (there are no golden toilets). We were delighted with the pool; it was clean, the water was clear and odorless, and it was cleaned every morning. The breakfasts were delicious, with a wide variety of dishes. I'd especially like to mention...

Here's a topper. A gun. Liked the hotel very much. Gorgeous mountain views through panoramic windows and doors. Clean comfortable room. White bed linen. Delicious varied breakfasts are included, which was sooooo pleasing on vacation. Swimming pool. Own cafe with a normal price tag. Near a lot of shops, 5 minutes to the sea. Closed territory, large parking. Polite staff, said goodbye like family🤗. Recommend...

Rested from 6 to 12 September, with friends and families, 12 people. We arrived at the hotel at 11.30, check-in from 14.00, but we were lucky, and out of 4 rooms, one room was ready, we moved all our things there, and changed clothes one by one. But since the room was on the 1st floor, it smelled terribly of dampness, even mold. We went to the reception and asked to change the room, we were told it...

Met and placed quickly, friendly) excellent pool, does not smell of anything, clean. Bar and prices quite Correspond. The rooms are very decent, there is not enough private balcony for gatherings in the evening or chairs on the shared balconies. The author's idea is clear, but with children the evenings do not always look like those of ordinary people). There are dryers on the shared balcony. For breakfast...

Nice quiet hotel located 5 minutes from the sea. The breakfasts are delicious, and quite satisfying, there are many cafes and canteens nearby. Nice pool, clean, cleaned every morning. Sun loungers, umbrellas, everything is available. There is a bar next to the pool. The hotel area is not big but very well maintained, everything is very clean. The rooms are clean, there is a refrigerator, a TV that...

We rested on 12.10-18.10.22. The weather is wonderful, the sea is magical. Boarding houses are functioning. 🌴💥figs for 150₽ .

In general, I can say that I am satisfied with the resort. Lovely locals, friendly, helpful, but it's like time is frozen in 80-90. In many ways, I like it, as if I went back to the past)) but the service is lame, the rooms are dirty, the weakest point is the dining room. We arrived together, as unpretentious as possible, but it’s hard to find anything edible in the dining room. It seems that the products...

Lots of grandmothers. Cafe on the beach for once, the second will not go. No barbecue.

A week ago, my wife and I rested in this beautiful place, we really liked it. Friends advised to go here, they said that the sea is clean and the color is unusual. In fact, the color of the sea is bright turquoise, very beautiful. The room was in the "Golden Fleece" on the 14th floor, overlooking the sea. Beauty!) The rooms are clean and renovated: air conditioning, TV, internet (signal is very good...

Room 604 in the sixth building of Amr, corner. The wall leaks during the rains, is wet, but there are no puddles anywhere) Sea view from the balcony, air conditioning with hot / cold air to choose from, the refrigerator "cools" perfectly, TV without music channels, kettle and iron ~ on two floors, hot / cold water constantly, there is a hairdryer. Clean, nice, enough space in the room. I advise you...

Rested in October 2019. Amazing place. Liked everything. Very clean sea water. Lived in the building "Golden Fleece" repaired in 2016. Magnificent view of the Mountains and the sea Food buffet 3r. The staff is calm and friendly. Excursions, sales, everything is very affordable Cafe "Sea Port" provides an opportunity to taste delicious coffee. Friendly environment, nice music. I recommend visiting.

The hotel has a beautiful view of Pitsunda. The sea is accessible by electric car from the hotel (schedule available) or a 20-minute walk through a private sector. The grounds are spacious with parking and a playground. There is a restaurant on site. Buffet breakfasts are available.

We stayed at the hotel for the first time in September 2023. We loved everything. First of all, the magical views from our room balcony: the sea, mountains, sunrise, and sunset. The grounds are very beautiful and stylish. The rooms were cleaned daily. The administration and other hotel staff were very friendly. And the electric car is a unique experience in Abkhazia. Scheduled rides take you straight...

Everything is fine!! The administrators are friendly, benevolent. The location is beauty, wonderful panorama. The food is simple, homemade and delicious. Prices have been stable for several years at the same level, despite the general rise in prices in everything. I recommend

In general, the hotel is not bad. Very good location, 5 minutes from the sea, the view from the panoramic window is gorgeous!! But there are still cons: -rare and not very high-quality cleaning (for 8 days of stay they were cleaned 2.5 times. Yes, with a half, since they settled us in a dirty room and pribrvlis a little) -the restaurant at the hotel almost didn't work. Dishes either due to a lack of...

Well organized hotel. Located on a high mountain. With small children without a car, I do not recommend stopping. There are interruptions in electricity (as elsewhere), so air conditioners do not always work. Very friendly and attentive staff. Strong wrap. But the assessment is not reduced for it. With this all you can live. But a very negative sediment left the situation on the last day of our stay...

Probably the best hotel on the coast. Beautiful view from the panoramic windows (even in ordinary rooms), friendly staff, parking next to the house, barbecue facilities. The rooms are clean, towels and bed linen are changed regularly. The purest air. Delicious cooking. There are shops nearby. To the sea 3-5 minutes. Very quiet, good for families. I recommend!

Pros - good location, close to the sea, heated pool, decent rooms, service staff. The main minus is the food I found in the Soviet Union but here in the canteen the food tastes like crap. There is everything, fish and meat, but it is obvious that the cook does not know how to cook at all, so I do not recommend taking three meals a day. We went to the restaurant at the hotel, the food is delicious,...

We are resting here from 05/29/22 surprisingly the hotel was very pleased! Friendly staff, good menu in the dining room, excellent cleaning in the room. The hotel itself is on the beach, which is very nice. I was very pleased with the garden, a lot of different trees and shrubs. The scent is gorgeous! Warm pool with various features like a waterfall and hydromassage. Lobby bar only for money, cocktails...

Located not in the city center. At the exit, only markets and a bunch of hotels and a narrow promenade, on which you can only walk sideways. The room is small and cozy. Good bed chairs, table, bathroom is not bad. Balcony also with chair and table and lovely sea view. The cabinet left much to be desired, because it constantly creaked. The safe, which we were promised to reset, we could not use. Restaurant...

Hotel based on the former boarding house "Energetik" in Gagra. Spacious fenced area, access to the embankment. The beach is pebbly, the coastal strip is narrow. The hotel has a heated swimming pool, open until 20:00, sunbeds, showers. At the hotel, food is organized as a buffet, the choice of dishes is acceptable, red and white wine is served for dinner. The main three buildings of the hotel are a...

A great place, the grounds are a special treat – 6 stars. The service is also excellent; I only took off a star for the elevators – that's a shame, of course. Two elevators for 16 floors is nothing special. The food – we haven't seen anything like it even in Turkey, let alone Egypt – if it's possible to give it 7 stars))).

The territory is large and well-groomed. The view from the windows is good. Breakfast is suitable for many people. In general, a decent hotel. You can safely go here. We were on vacation for six days, during which time the room was cleaned, but the bed linen was not changed. The location is good, near the central market.

We stayed in November for 12 days. It all started with check-in. The girls weren't very polite, I understand they were tired, but... they gave us a room on the 11th floor, where they live. Back down again, with suitcases and a child, they give us another one, there were renovations going on. Down again. It happened on the third try. In 12 days, they didn't change the towels even once. Everything was...

I have one very serious complaint about the hotel. I've been waiting a long time to write a review, hoping they'd fix the problem, but no one seems to care. We specifically booked a hotel with a heated pool in the fall, which was our main criterion when choosing a hotel, but it turns out there's no heating. The receptionists just shrug their shoulders, saying we're waiting for a repairman, waiting...

The Abkhazia Hotel is located on the beachfront, with a beautiful view from the window—that's probably all the positives. The rooms are very small, with a huge bed that can only be accessed from one side. Cleaning is impractical, so the maid only vacuums the narrow passageway. There are no beach towels, and they're changed only upon request. There's only one elevator for the entire hotel, and there...

We rested with a child and a family sister from August 26 to September 03, 2022. My son and I had the smallest room, 8 nights - 68,000 rubles, a view from the window to the sea and mountains, our own beach, there were enough sunbeds for everyone, but you have to try to take places in 1-2 rows. There are a lot of people. Everyone had been ill with rotavirus. A three-year-old nephew never recovered before...

In 2021 we went to rest in this hotel. All liked it! The food is varied, high quality and very tasty. Location is excellent. Walk one minute to the sea The staff is polite. The views from the window are impressive. In the evening, there are few people in the pool - it was pleasing, and the water is also heated. Market, pharmacies, cafes, shops - all within walking distance. We will go again this year

There is something to strive for. Interruptions happened with TV, with wi-fi, with water. Breakfast could be tastier. Tables are inconveniently placed in the dining area. Most of the staff are great, there are a couple of exceptions, especially on the beach. There is no drinking water, you have to buy it. The park is beautiful with swings. The pool is warm and everything is fine. Shops, cafes, pharmacies...

The best place of the world!!!

A wonderful hotel, clean, cozy, and with excellent customer service. We were given a free early check-in because the room was available. The location is perfect, close to everything. Highly recommended! Thank you!

The location is fantastic. The hotel is on the beach👍👍👍The sea is wonderful👍. The room is spotlessly clean 👍 The staff is very polite and attentive. I especially appreciated the attentive, responsive, and caring attitude of the receptionist, Madonna🥰🥰🥰

This is a great hotel on the first beach. The only thing between it and the sea is the promenade. It has a nice beach, and the hotel provides free sun loungers and umbrellas. There's a café and a bar with a sea view. The food is fine. There are inexpensive, high-quality, air-conditioned eateries nearby. The room has everything you need, and the bathroom is clean and mold-free. Everything works properly...

We rested in Poseidon hotels from 15.09 to 23.09 21g. The hotel is very cozy, by the sea, clean, cleaned every day, linen is changed after three days, the staff is polite, friendly, starting with the manager who showed and told everything, as well as the cleaning lady and the bar lady. Thank you all for the comfort, kindness and a great time at the Poseidon Hotel! We advise you to visit this hotel...

Nice, not big hotel, friendly staff ..

Nice hotel with good service. Nice interior in the rooms. Nice spa. The restaurant is top notch.

Incredibly delicious food, beautiful interior of the hotel and rooms, clean rooms with everything you need (bathrobes, slippers, hairdryer, hygiene items), live music in the evenings in the restaurant (saxophonist Boris is just incredibly cool!). The location of the hotel is very convenient, 5 minutes walk to the sea and the promenade. Wi-Fi has always worked stably, there were no problems with electricity...

The most, the most hotel of the Abkhaz! Atmospheric! The interior is fire! Especially the restaurant in the basement. Spa on the return floor. Of the minuses - the lack of its own parking, the lack of a pool, the lack of a balcony in the room. But ... you can park along the hotel, the sea is three steps away, and the view from the shared balcony is so awesome ...

Booked a room in this hotel, made an advance payment of 50%. The booking had to be canceled, we have been waiting for the refund for more than a week. To our question about the refund of the payment, we received an answer that the money is transferred within 14 working days and MORE in turn. Be careful, it is doubtful that this hotel is trustworthy! P.S. The prepayment was returned to us, but the impression...

The hotel is super ... We also want to come to you .. The service is at the highest level ... Thank you very much to all the staff ... The food is just a bomb ... Like a good restaurant ... 10 points ..

We weren't able to enjoy all the hotel amenities because we all came down with rotavirus or something similar on the second day. We stayed from August 31st to September 10th, but we left even earlier than planned because of this. The services were fine, of course: bowling was free for an hour, children's entertainment was all day, and adults also had activities in the main restaurant. But! We couldn...

Well, so. A sanatorium and that says it all. We live in the first building, in a room with a stained glass window. The room is frankly tired. The chair was burned, by what? I don’t know. The room is large enough for two, it would be cramped for three. We went with the hope that we would eat tasty and varied food, but somehow it didn’t work out with either one. The food is all monotonous, bland, without...

My hearing has improved! It's just some kind of holiday! Was on the program of Endoecological Rehabilitation of Professor Y. Levin. Yes, I cleaned myself thoroughly, no questions asked. Now is the fourth day after the end of the 10-day course. Still a slight weakness. I continue the program at home, reinforce the effects (don't quit, guys, reinforce and leave for the rest of your life). Their sea,...

We stayed at this hotel from 05/08/21 to 05/17/21. They lived in a new building. The hotel exceeded our expectations. Excellent service, friendly staff, nicely decorated rooms, low cost of food and drink (wine), two heated pools (one with sea water), well-groomed territory, sea views from the rooms. Of the minuses, this is probably (and even then not for everyone): 1. To the cafe where the "buffet...

Meals for breakfast are monotonous, there are not enough cups for hot drinks, constant queues at the entrance to the restaurant (the number of rooms is more than the number of seats; breakfasts are held in turn of floors). Rooms are good, we lived in a new building 2, minus audibility !!! You can hear everything that happens behind the wall, phone conversations. Ask in advance for numbers in building...

I stayed at the beginning of December. I really enjoyed it. It was a standard room with one bed. The renovations were apparently quite recent; everything was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The linens were clean and new, changed every three days. The room had a refrigerator and kettle, and the shower was well-stocked. The price includes a buffet breakfast, which was very varied and delicious...

Good hotel. Very friendly administrators and staff. Everything suited us. We were there in spring, though. So I can't say how it was in summer. But it's across the road to the sea. And there it is. And the location is good.

I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel! Above all, I appreciated the high level of comfort—the cozy rooms, cleanliness, and pleasant atmosphere created a feeling of home. The staff was very friendly and attentive, always ready to help and answer any questions. The breakfast was delicious and varied, which added a positive touch to the day. The hotel is conveniently located, close to attractions...

We stayed at this hotel. We were initially attracted by the convenient location. We booked the rooms that suited us in advance. Thank you for checking us in quickly. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. The rooms were cleaned promptly. We had a wonderful stay here. We will definitely come back. We found the price reasonable. Thanks to the staff.

A wonderful hotel! The staff is wonderful: they have answers to any question, are always helpful, always on-site, ready to offer advice, help, and help. The food is simply wonderful, there's always wine or champagne for dinner, the dishes are always fresh and delicious, the tables are always clean, the dining room is never crowded, and everything is superbly coordinated. The rooms are cozy and cleaned...

We had a family vacation of 4 people from September 1 to 11. We never regretted choosing this hotel. We lived on the 4th floor. We rented two double rooms. The accommodation was comfortable. We were checked in immediately upon arrival, 4 hours earlier than agreed, which was very nice. The room has everything you need, although I took a hair dryer and towels with me just in case. Ironing board, iron...

The rooms, of course, can be repaired, but we personally came there to sleep, and did not sit there for a day (the only thing missing was a balcony)! Food to kill! Everything is delicious, homemade and enough! The watchmen of the beach, in general, well done, they will look after things and if they forget, they will clean up and give them to the one whose they are, they have a separate respect! The...

We have a comfort room 3 building, everything is fine, a hairdryer in the room, a refrigerator, a TV, the room is cleaned every day, a wide balcony overlooking the sea, three meals a day, our own sunbeds and umbrellas, the only negative is the road in front of the building, but I don’t was a particular inconvenience, the room also has air conditioning. I really liked everything.

Excellent, sensitive and attentive attitude to each vacationer. We are currently staying at this holiday home. We are very grateful to all the staff, the administrator Tatyana, a very kind, sincere person, quickly solves all issues, the wonderful cook Evgenia, who pleases us with delicious homemade food, the waitress Inna for her hospitable attitude towards vacationers. Before the trip, we read a lot...

This is a fantastic European-level resort for relaxation and treatment! It features an indoor pool, a medical center, a spa area, restaurants, bars, promenades and relaxation areas, sun loungers and umbrellas by the sea, and free parking! The friendly staff is always happy to welcome you! The grounds are gated and guarded! I highly recommend it!

The food is excellent (+ 3 kg per week ;-)), the restaurant staff are always wearing masks and gloves, the territory is also excellent. Nice music in the corridors of the hotel does not play loudly (fans of pop will definitely not like it). The staff at the front desk is responsive and friendly, they always helped in solving problems. As for the roads, it would not hurt those who are not happy to plunge...

A great place for a quiet, "Soviet" getaway. Almost exclusive these days. I really liked the architecture. The signature touch of the master – Soviet architect and Abkhazian Abu Alkhazov – is evident. Everything has been lovingly restored. It's a relaxing place. Excellent beach, clear sea. And quiet! None of the din of southern cafes or the noisy "Adler" embankment.

The hotel grounds are simply enormous. Plenty of greenery, a playground, a café, a hammam, and a swimming pool—all within the hotel grounds. The sea is just 10 meters away. A great location.

While strolling along the seashore in Old Gagra in the evening, we stopped at a restaurant for dinner and strolled through the well-kept and beautiful hotel grounds. The restaurant has very friendly staff, delicious shashlik, and grilled trout. There's live music on weekend evenings; we'll definitely be back.

A very decent place to relax. The grounds are huge and well-maintained. It's right on the beach. The rooms are large, most of them facing the sea, and the renovations are recent. The staff is attentive and unobtrusive. The food at the hotel is delicious and varied. There are two restaurants on site, with prices similar to Moscow prices. Well, maybe a little lower. The food is delicious.

We stayed at the end of November (October 28-October 31, 2025). The hotel is very nice, the staff is always helpful, the breakfasts are delicious and quite varied (champagne included). The downsides: insects (some kind of bedbugs, they said it was the season), but they were everywhere, both in the room and throughout the hotel, and they didn't do anything to get rid of them. And the food at the Mayak...

We recently visited the Garden Resort Gagra and were absolutely delighted! It's a truly wonderful and quiet place, perfect for a relaxing holiday. The hotel is located close to the sea, and the beach is simply stunning. The views from the rooms are simply breathtaking! The breakfasts were delicious. The rooms were very clean. The staff was very friendly. The only issue is that we booked the hotel back...

I was very pleased with the hotel. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the buffet food was delicious. While not particularly varied, there was plenty to choose from. The grounds were pleasant to stroll around, and the beach was conveniently accessed by elevator. The beach was well-maintained, and the sea was clean. I'd especially like to commend the staff, especially Dr. David, who provided prompt medical...

I had a wonderful holiday at the Garden Resort! From the very first moment I was impressed by the quality of service - the staff was very polite and willing to help. The maids were always smiling and took care of the cleanliness of the rooms, which added to the cozy atmosphere. The cleanliness in the public areas and at the reception was also at the highest level. I really liked that the hotel territory...

I rest here not for the first time, this place is worthy of attention, and all connoisseurs of beauty and comfort should know about it. So in order: 1. The best place in Abkhazia 100%. No "raid" of the USSR, the hotel was reconstructed and turned into a modern functional building. The surrounding area remained untouched and this is a plus! Stone paving stones, railings, flowerpots, etc. Stalinist times...

The hotel is certainly very beautiful, nothing can spoil the nature of Abkhazia and the magical sea. However, the concept of "customer focus" is clearly not familiar here. The devil is in the details. For no amount of money you will ensure yourself an early check-in, even if you have children tired after the road convulsing and hysterical in your arms. In the pool bar, in a strange way, they don’t...

The sea is clean, a lot of sun loungers are convenient to go down to the sea via the elevator. The room is good but there is a minus immediately after arrival in the toilet something smelled unpleasant. The food is good, varied, the pool is large and clean, this is a very good boarding house for Abkhazia 🕌 I advise everyone!

Here is Stalin's summer residence on Cold small river. Absolutely an amazing place! Since the roads are so narrow that two cars do not disperse, and further, where lived the great, mighty and terrible, though short stature, but with a clear conscience is called giant-man. I have heard a lot about him from parents and from childhood was well-respected, even when a lot of dirt was poured. The longer...
