We stayed at the hotel for the first time in September 2023. We loved everything. First of all, the magical views from our room balcony: the sea, mountains, sunrise, and sunset. The grounds are very beautiful and stylish. The rooms were cleaned daily. The administration and other hotel staff were very friendly. And the electric car is a unique experience in Abkhazia. Scheduled rides take you straight to the beach and back to the hotel with a breeze and music playing 😁👍 We often walked on the sand and loved being in this unusual setting, seeing the gardens, vineyards, animals, and poultry. The lush greenery in September was amazing, especially the large, beautiful cacti, just like in Mexico. And of course, next to the hotel, a 15-minute walk, is a beautiful and cozy beach, the sea is stunning in its beauty, and the Pitsunda pines are truly special. Thank you. It was like an eco-friendly vacation by the sea.

Everything is fine!! The administrators are friendly, benevolent. The location is beauty, wonderful panorama. The food is simple, homemade and delicious. Prices have been stable for several years at the same level, despite the general rise in prices in everything. I recommend

In general, the hotel is not bad. Very good location, 5 minutes from the sea, the view from the panoramic window is gorgeous!!
But there are still cons:
-rare and not very high-quality cleaning (for 8 days of stay they were cleaned 2.5 times. Yes, with a half, since they settled us in a dirty room and pribrvlis a little)
-the restaurant at the hotel almost didn't work. Dishes either due to a lack of food (I think you can warn immediately - what is not, or what is), or because the lights were turned off and the stove from the generator did not work.
I don’t even want to talk about waiting for dishes .. More than 2 hours with a workload of 4 people is a lot.
But there are still cons:

The view from the hotel is beautiful! The road to the hotel is bad, there is not a single sign from the central line how to get to the hotel on foot, it is dark in the evening, and there is not a single lamp on the way to the hotel. Climbing the hill is not very pleasant, not counting the fact that the road is bad, but also - cows walk everywhere and "go to the toilet" right where they want and on the territory of the hotel. The beach is far, really, not to run, but to walk calmly, it will take about 25 minutes. I don’t see the point in going for only one view, in other hotels the view is no worse.

Well organized hotel. Located on a high mountain. With small children without a car, I do not recommend stopping. There are interruptions in electricity (as elsewhere), so air conditioners do not always work. Very friendly and attentive staff. Strong wrap. But the assessment is not reduced for it. With this all you can live. But a very negative sediment left the situation on the last day of our stay there (they lived 14 days). In the kitchen, I recommend paying each time, even if the girls are asked to pay later. Since we had to pay for dinner (perhaps not once), 2 times, as the girls did not remember that we paid for it ... For the second time, we definitely won’t go - a very unpleasant aftertaste.

Probably the best hotel on the coast. Beautiful view from the panoramic windows (even in ordinary rooms), friendly staff, parking next to the house, barbecue facilities. The rooms are clean, towels and bed linen are changed regularly. The purest air. Delicious cooking. There are shops nearby. To the sea 3-5 minutes. Very quiet, good for families. I recommend!
