We rented a small house on the hotel grounds. It's close to the sea and has its own super private beach! But when we arrived with a small child... there's only one grocery store and not a single canteen in the area! We realized that arriving out of season makes a huge difference. This is a nice, brand-new hotel. Only half of it is currently open, as that half is fully completed, while the other half is still under construction. The hotel is located right on the seafront, about 50 meters from the beach. The grounds are landscaped, with a fountain, benches, and palm trees.

Service with European does not compare, additional requests are answered "we are not a star hotel." But overall it's worth the money.

I liked absolutely everything, very friendly service, wonderful breakfasts, very clean, a gorgeous bonus pool, the atmosphere by the pool is very cool!

We stayed in a standard superior room with a balcony and a sea view. We stopped hearing the noise from cars from Abzhui highway and the crowing of roosters from the private sector early in the morning on the second day of our stay.
