The hotel is in the best location. We received a complimentary room upgrade, and the room was very clean and spacious. The staff were friendly, and we were also given the possibility of a late check-out, which was a big advantage for us. Overall, we had a great experience.

Disability accessible. Very clean and modern. Spacious rooms and friendly staff. Good location close to pedestrian boulevard and main street. The breakfast is ok, but not great selection, thus 4/5 stars.

Updated hotel with a large room, comfortable bed, a terrace, and a modern bathroom. Medium quality beakfast was included, but sadly, the coffee was not up to the usual Albanian quality and there was no coffee service in the room. Friendly staff in the restaurant and at the reception desk. Conveniently located right off of the main promenade and close to the river.

Very nice hotel, the staff are pleasant, the room is clean, and the breakfast is decent! The hotel's location is one of its strengths: right in the center! One small downside is that the parking lot is rather small, which can be inconvenient! I recommend this hotel!

The hotel is located by one of the plazas near the river. The room was okay but it faced the street and was noisy. The bathroom was a challenge. No place for putting personal toiletries and the toilet paper was on the opposite wall across from the toilet. Breakfast was okay. There is only one small elevater which causes a traffic jam when groups depart.

Like all of Albanië. Absolutely loved it, Great staff, Amazing wine with breathtaking view !! Definitely come again !! On route from Berat to osumi canyon. Nice new building, next to the osumi river. More then enough parking right in front of building
