We booked the day before our stay and were not disappointed. Place was on a main street and has its own parking. Next to a beautiful local mosque. We had room 101- so could hear alot of people checking out (lots of luggage rolling on tiled floors) in the morning. Try and get a room at the end of the corridor!

Portik hotel is very well located, the rooms are nice. The staff is helpful and always trying to help. There is a parking lot under the hotel. The roof restaurant is a very nice place to have breakfast and dinner All and all, I would recommend it.

The location couldn’t be better. Breakfast is quite standard but with an astonishing view over the city. The service and hygiene is a 6/10. Includes a garage which is great to park the car.

This hotel looks nice from the outside and the rooms are airy and spacious. But a few amenities are lacking. There is no drinking water provided, except at a cost, and there are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. The bathroom hand basin has no bench space on which to place a toilet bag. had a wonderful stay at Portik Hotel in Berat! The room was very clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the old town. The staff were extremely kind and helpful during my entire stay. Quaint family-run boutique hotel. The owners are wonderful! We were the only guests and they made us a tremendous breakfast spread. The room was clean and comfortable with a balcony to sit and enjoy the evening.

The hotel is unique, with a classic style and a wood theme. The hallways are decorated with many distinctive paintings. The only downside is that the hotel rooms are on the basement level, which feels a bit dark and gloomy.

We choose this property due to its convenient location to the bus station. Buses into the Old Town run regularly. The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. Room was clean, staff were friendly and included breakfast was nice.

The room was spacious, and the bathroom was also large and very clean. This stay exceeded my expectations. The facilities were complete, the environment was beautiful, comfortable, quiet, and pleasant, with a large yard in front and an orchard in the back. The night was peaceful and serene; it was the first time I slept so soundly on this trip.

Located at the start of the steep street up to the castle, this family run place is super welcoming and helpful. Rooms are modern but the one we were in (# 111) was smallish. The hotel is ok, too gaudy for my taste but clean and with easy access (you come in through the gas station US roadside model style). The room was big, clean and seemed well maintained though sparsely decorated, great contest with the common areas that are filled with gold details and kitsch decor.

Albanian road trip 2025 We had a one night stay at Hotel Onufri, location was excellent, close to everything, beautiful views from the Terrace. Private parking was invaluable as the Hotel is very near to the Castle which gets very busy. Staff very helpful and Hotel very clean, would definitely recommend.

Me and my friends enjoyed our lunch here. We were served with delicious and large portion of grilled meats with chips and salad, it was really good value. The view of the Berat old town from the restaurant is amazing. We also got good and efficient service from the staff, specifically our fellow Filipino Stephen. The hotel is very centrally located right on the Boulevard and has many restaurants and cafe in the surrounding. The check in was very quick and hassle free. The service of all the office staff throughout our stay was outstanding. The rooms are spacious, well lit and airy. The linen was good quality and the breakfast was delicious and good variety. Modern hotel, large minimalist rooms. Good modern shower. Hotel is out of town on a busy road but no road noise in rooms. There is a more traditional taverna across the road if you do not want to eat dinner in hotel. Good breakfast in hotel. Beware, there are bottles of water in fridge and no price list displayed but some members of our party were charged 1 euro per bottle on checkout.
