Hotel Freskia in Velipoje

We where in the hotel in the beginning of August for relaxation and just to have good time.
When we came to the Hotel there was none on the reception.We had to talk to the waiter to get someone to help us with the check in.
The guy on the reception was nice and he explained everything to us.
The first thing i saw was that they didnt have any towels in the bathroom.
As a 4 star Hotel that is the minimum standard for it.
No Spa,no pool,no towels.
When we came to the beach the water was cold and the weather was bad so decided to check out early.
They told us we can do that but they dont to cash back.
I work in a 4 star Hotel and there was allways cash back if you check out early.
When we talk to the girl on the reception she was very rude and ignorant.
First time we ask she gave a eyeroll and a cold answer.
Ofcourse you would get annoyed if someone is speaking to you like that.
We requested a menager to come to speak to us.
We waited for 30 min to see him and he lives across the street.
He was even worst then the girl on the reception.
If someone sees this comment i hope you never come to this place because its a rip off.
150 € for this?Never again.

Bad service,Staff behavoiur was horrible they were rude and impatient. When we arrived at 8pm room was not ready nor reserved they forgot to reserve it , also in thr bathroom that are no walls in the shower place so the water can get all over the place and possibly flood. There were no towels for drying your hands or for washing.
