We booked Arien Hotel via whatsapp on 19th of June for August. Having stayed there the previous year we expected the same service. However, this year we got there to realise that we did not have a room. It was late in the evening and we had three children with us. We understand that mistakes do happen but the hotel hosts did not care in what situation they had put us. The least they could do is to find us another accomodation and not dissappear from the building or send us just a voice message. This is completely unacceptable behaviour from a hotel host. It was never our intention to leave this kind of review as we really liked the hotel but our children's wellbeing was massively effected by the way we were treated.

Perfect service! Very friendly staff, reasonable prices for coffee and bar.

It been the 3rd year I went to Airen hotel, Every time was nice and clean and the stuff very welcome, I recommend this lovely place .

The hotel was clean and spacious.The staff were welcoming and friendly, ready to assist you at any time. The room was also clean, with TV and WiFi access. Excellent hotel!

Clean room, good mattress and the WiFi was OK. The parking is a bit small, but better than not having one.

Highly recommend to visit in Velipoje, quiet place, modern and clean rooms, hosts are more than nice and ready to accomodate you in anything you need inside or outside of hotel.

Greate location. Clean and comfortable . Very friendly owners. It was a hotel with very modern rooms . Very close to the beach . I enjoyed my staying there 👍👍
